The hotel is right on the sea front and was fine for a short stay. The roof top pool was very small and operated oddly restrictive hours, so not much of an amenity. Our room had a splendid view of the ocean and was cleaned daily.

Excellent hotel in a very nice town. Good location to explore and not as hectic as the big cities in Vietnam or Thailand. his hotel has great views and facilities. Just be aware that norther Vietnam is colder in the winter months than youmight expect.

The hotel has great views of the bay and that is its best feature. The rooms are spacious and bathroom modern.
There are some automated settings on the aircon that turns it into heating after a certain hour, but can be switched to ventilation instead (but not cooling).
The breakfast is very very limited so ended up going elsewhere as there are plenty of options nearby.
The staff is really nice and friendly but they speak very little english/french so had to resource to Google translate.
Cleanliness could be improved. Also the rooms have no soundproofing so if you are a light sleeper you would want to bring earplugs!
The pool is open only few hours a day, but the rooftop/bar is accessible all the time.
We stayed at the hotel for 6 days. We were upgraded to a beautiful king room with a view of the bay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The service by the staff was very good, especially Autumn. She was super helpful with booking tours, transportation, and anything else we needed. The roof top pool and bar were a nice perk and since we were there in the off season we basically had it to ourselves! The only thing I would say that needs improvement would be the breakfast. The food all tasted fine but there was no variety, just the same couple of things each morning. Other than that, we loved the hotel!
