Wonderful place in a great area. Rooms are nice. Staff is excellent. Look past the entrance which is in a questionable alley but everything is wonderful here!

Hotel em ótima localização, quartos bons, café da manhã fantástico e toda equipe 100% preparada e muito gentil sempre prontos a atender e ajudar com um sorriso no rosto.
Quero ressaltar os funcionários Finn, Hong, Nom e Anh que nos trataram muito bem e principalmente ao Finn que me ajudou com todos os tours desde a pré- viagem.

English speaking staff and in an excellent location in the old quarter within walking distance of many of the city's attractions. Room service food was good and also cheap. Bed was comfortable. Would book again.

나쁘지 않습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절합니다.
도로 안쪽에 위치하다 보니 주변 소음은 적은 대신 처음 찾으실 때 약간 어려우실 수 있습니다.
조식은 크게 기대하지 않으시는게 좋습니다.
다른 지역으로 이동하는데 무리는 없습니다.
Reception staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Probably the best hospitality I’ve received in all my years of traveling.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The interior was charming and the bathroom was great. Comfortable bed and great location in the Old Quarter. Did hear any of the motorbikes or loud roads from our room and had good night sleep every night. Mr Finn and the rest of his team Mr Nam, Ms Anh and Ms Hong were very friendly and helpful, the handwritten welcome note on the bed was a lovely touch, very thoughtful. Thanks for a great stay!
Meget hjælpsomt og imødekommende personale, dee fik os til at føle os meget velkomne. Rigtig fint og hyggeligt indrettet værelse og god beliggenhed. Stor værdi for pengene. Klart et af de bedste hoteller, vi boede på under vores 14-dage lange rejse til Vietnam.

Excellent location for tourists who would like to explore the Old Quarter of Hanoi . We highly appreciate the great personalized service provided by this Hotel staff . Breakfast in the Hotel is just so so but we can find good food outside the Hotel and within walking distance .

Parfait. Pour le prix, même au delà. J'avais réservé des chambres communicantes qui se sont avérées 2 chambres séparées avec un couloir qui peut être privatisé.
Décoration plutôt jolie. SbB super équipée avec un carrelage original qui pique un peu les yeux. Un petit bémol : pour le SPA, il n'edt pas dans l'hôtel mais on vous envoie à 4 ou 5 pâtés de maisons de là. Testé (et validé ) par ma femme mais vous en trouverez des dizaines d'autres plus proches (mais pas testés).
Nous nous sommes sentis très bien dans cet hôtel rt y reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.
Pour ceux qii seraient intéressés, c'est à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la spectaculaire "rue du train". Raison initiale de mon choix pour cet hôtel.
새벽1시에 체크인 했는데 직원분들 기다려 주셔서 감사해요. 호안끼엠 중심에 있어서 어딜가든 걸어서 갈 수 있어서 편했습니다. 방 깔끔하고요. 아침은 뷔페 말고도 쌀국수 오믈렛 계란후라이 팬케이크를 따로 주문할 수 있어서 좋고 다 맛있습니다. so kind William Nguyen and beautiful short hair woman at lobby! (sorry not to notice name) we went outside in the morning and they took care about our breakfast!!! so take care!

Staff was excellent. Couldn’t ask for more. Wish the shower was cleaner but it was moldy. It is humid there but a little bleach should do the job I would think.
