The staff is very helpfull and friendly. My friend got sick and they were there to assist of in any need we had. They were prompt to pick us up from.the airport. The Mk Premier is located close to everything: restaurants, shops, bars, and some landmarks. One of the things I didnt like was the air conditioner. It was set up to go not lower than 18C so it was hot at night. Because of its location, it was noisy and hard to sleep at night.
The staff welcomes you. They make you feel at home and make accomodations for you when needed. The food is not that good but it might be because of the region...

Very nice room, nice breakfast, nice location for all night hot spot, but only night time may heard unknown water drip sound (from Air -conditioning?).

The air-conditioner of my room broke down the day before checking out, it was too much hassle to change to another room. So the staff offered me an empty room next door for my staying and i didnt need to pack my stuff again.
I will stay there again if i visit hanoi
Great place right in the heart of old city. Massages down stairs were great and reasonably priced. My room was perfect for single traveler. Staff helpful.

Stay was fantastic! Perfect location close to restaurant and bars! The staff were so accommodating and friendly! Made our stay extra special and were very helpful with booking tours and show tickets as well at no extra cost! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

시끄럽다는 평이 있지만, 그건 문제가 아닌것 같습니다
원래 시끄러운 동네 중심에 있는 호텔이라 조용함을 원하면 아예 다른 지역으로 잡는게 맞는것 같아요
직원들은 친절해서 모든 문의에 대해 즉각 바로바로 웃으며 대응했습니다
숙소도 인근 저가 호텔들에 비해 깔끔하고 좋았습니다

4.0 "A nice stay"
When we arrived very early in the morning after an overnight train from Sapa, we were told by the lady at reception that our room wasn’t ready until check in in the afternoon which was fine but to just use a shower to freshen up they wanted to charge us which we weren’t very happy about considering we were paying guests. The room was nice, ours was facing the busy street and the noise was very loud but only until about 11.30pm. The spa treatments were really nice and breakfast was good.
This hotel is located in a great spot. Very convenient to everything. Unfortunately, I think it needs a little work. In my first room the air conditioner would not get the room cool. After complaining, they moved me to another room where the air conditioner worked a little better, but barely. The thermostat will not go lower than 18 celsius, but it never got anything near even 28 celsius in my opinion. Hotels I have stayed at since had great a/c. The manager, Eric, was very good in trying to rectify some of the problems, which included poor wifi, a broken shade in the bathroom, damaged ceiling in the bathroom and walls in need of painting. But most things never got corrected. Each room had their own wifi, but for some reason my room 311 did not, and Eric had me use another room's wifi. I had another night booked here to stay after my trip to Halong Bay, but I canceled and booked at the Hanoi Allure Hotel around the corner at the same price, but a clear upgrade in accommodations. I wish I had booked my whole stay at Hanoi Allure Hotel. Management needs to put a little money and effort in upgrading the MK Premier Boutique Hotel as the location and staff are excellent, but the facility is getting run down.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious. The spa service in the basement was great. The noise at night could be alittle loud but it dies down at midnight when the bars have to close. But its worth it since you are smack dab in the middle of the old quarter and a block down from beer street.
