Schönes Stadthotel. Einfache zweckmässig und saubere Zimmer. Gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Mitten im Trubel zwischen Clubs, Pubs und Restaurant jedoch im Hotel trotzdem ruhig. Ein Plus sind die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter des gesamten Hotels. Hervorheben möchte ich Kimba von der Rooftop Bar. :-)
Die Rooftop Bar ist sehr schön und man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Altstadt treiben von Hanoi. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und lecker auch für Europäer. Würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen
Accueil irréprochable, terrasse sur le toit très sympa, bon petit déj buffet varié. Chambre trop petite avec fenêtre minuscule donnant sur un puits de lumière très serré. Mais pour un emplacement intéressant (en plein centre de la vieille ville) cet hôtel confortable -- et assez charmant -- affiche des prix très sages. A faire et refaire.

Fantastic hotel. Really lovely. Very comfortable bed. Great spa. Fantastic service. Bustling area with lots to do. One down side is the noise from the road but this did die down in the evening.

We spent the last two nights of our honeymoon here and we were simply blown away. A beautiful hotel with amazing staff and a location that can't be topped. Would 10,000% stay here again.

Pros: The service was really good and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a bit small but had everything that would make you feel satisfied and full. The bed was on the good side. Slept really well both nights me and my partner stayed. No complaints there. Their fruits were realllly good (welcome fruits-tangerines and the watermelon from the buffet). The massage was good but the clothes they provided us was not on par, it was worn out.
Cons: There are no sound proof doors/walls. We were able to hear everything on the outside(hallway/rooms next to is) from inside our room. You can hear normal talking level and every footstep and probably could hear if they whispered. It was a mood killer. Could not have a romantic night.
Good size room but front rooms onto street very noisy staff nice & helpful breakfast was good just small things like milk yogurt & butter not cold otherwise hotel good spot in old town walking distance to most things & taxis very cheap. Traffic is chaotic you take your life in your hands every time you step outside.
It was our first time in Vietnam and hotel couldn’t be more helpful arranging an airport transfer for us upon arrival and providing us with a map and recommendations. Spa treatments were great and ate in the restaurant too which was also lovely. Hotel is in the heart of the old quarter (ask for a quiet room) and easy to walk to most places from there.

Although the staff was lovely and very helpful I found the hotel to be in an unideal location hat was quite run down. I also found the room to be quite muggy and stuffy despite having quite a bit of room. The bathroom was quite old and needed some new cocking. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was mold in the room. The rooftop patio isn’t anything like pictured.

Great location, polite and helpful staff. Clean, spacious modern room and bathroom. Awesome rooftop area where they serve very good breakfast which is included in very reasonably priced accommodations.

아주 번화가에 위치해서 어디든 접근성이 좋은데 아주 번화가라 좀 시끄러움. 객실 조명배치가 좀 안좋아 객실이 어두컴컴한 느낌이 있음. 직원이 굉장히 친절해서 아주 마음에 듬

The entrance of the hotel was great for having a drink and relaxing, especially when it rained and we needed cover but still wanted to enjoy lunch or a snack. The pho every morning for breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good if you want to be near shopping, local eateries and nightlife. There is one street filled with bars and tiny restaurants that come alive at night.
The only downside was the strange noise we heard every morning just before dusk coming from the ceiling. The first night, we thought it was people walking upstairs, but then we heard it again for the next 2 nights from about 2:30-5 am. We finally realized the noise was coming from rats scurrying in the ceiling. It was horrible and made it difficult to sleep because these sounded like BIG rats. We figured out the noises stopped around 5 am, which is probably when a lot of the kitchen staff arrives for work to start preparing for breakfast. Other than the rats (which we never actually saw, so we could be totally wrong, but I doubt it), we enjoyed our stay.
5.0 "Centrally located hotel in the French Quarter"
Great spot to relax in the hotel spa or rooftop terrace & bar or immerse yourself in the hustle & bustle of Hanoi. I only spent one night, but everything was well-appointed, clean & comfortable in the hotel with a warm welcome & farewell from the lovely staff. The large foyer had its own cafe with great Vietnamese coffee etc., & area where you could wait in comfort for your tour bus or taxi to pick you up. We visited the Women's Museum taking a tuk-tuk through the crazy traffic (a couple of blocks south of the lake) & we walked back along the lake, taking time to enjoy a beer, absorb the atmosphere & the various evening activities taking place, before situating ourselves on a 6th floor west-facing restaurant terrace where we watched the sunset over the city. After eating delicious meals (once again), we strolled back towards our hotel through the maze of narrow streets, experiencing the busy night markets where bargains, souvenirs & banter with the lovely locals could be had. We cooled off & ended our evening with dessert (a final cocktail) on our hotel's rooftop terrace, before turning in for a comfortable & a peaceful sleep in our adjustably air-conditioned room.
