Place was pretty meh. I was traveling with a friend for 5 days in Saigon. From the pictures, I was under the impression that I was going to be housed in a bigger room. It was a small one, with about 1-1.5 meters surrounding each side of my full-sized bed.
Service was just okay. I told them about ants in my bathroom, and asked them to either take care of the ants or house us in a different room. The hostess didn't blink at the ants, which made me suspect this isn't a first-time occurrence. They attempted to fix it with a spray bottle of bug killer, but they ants kept coming up the bathroom sink's drain. Outside of that, the staff was super friendly- when I forgot my key in my room, they came up quickly.
Plus side, the hotel is centrally located to the Reunification Palace, including many other historical museums. Additionally, it is a 15 minute walk to some of the biggest shopping districts in the area. I was surprised by the lack of street food, but a walk to the local market, or a 30 minute walk northwest fixed that. Saigon is a beautiful place to walk around, you just need a couple days to get used to the traffic patterns.
If you're looking for a budget-ish hotel in a great location, this is your hotel! Would I stay here again? Yes for the service and friendliness of the staff. No for the ants.
Relatively a good size for my family of 2 Adult, and 2 Child in the 'Family Executive' room. There is a 'Jolibee' branch just diagonally across the hotel. We were able to walk back to hotel from Saigon Centre within 15 minutes.
The staff made an effort to resolve the problem I've encountered on the first day. The hotel is very clean and the location is close to some shops and restaurants, also not too far from the center and the airport. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and will consider staying again in the future.

Hotel tres bien situé ,dans un quartier résidentiel ,à 20 minutes de voiture de l'aéroport,et: à 10 minutes de marche du grand marché:"Bên Thanh" (centre ville ).Tres propre .Le personnel ,accueillant,et serviable.
Le petit déjeuner ,est au top!

Excellent service. They accommodated everything that I needed. Very friendly staff from the front desk to the hotel manager. Aristo is also very conveniently located in district 1 near all of the most popular attractions, which are in a 5 min walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you Aristo!
The first night we check in the hotel , they didn’t have all of our booking information . We booked 7 months in advance and paid in full :((. The conditions of the room is ok . It was very hot with no air conditioning when step out side of the room in the hallways and elevators. It wasn’t help with the air quality when it mixed up with sewer smells. It didn’t go away after we complaint a several times but got a free message. The noises between rooms and floors was very bad. The building doesn’t have a sound proof noise insulation. However, the bell boys were very helpful.
We rate it 2 and hope the hotel can improve its quality if they wanted their customers come back.
A few minutes walk to the war museum. The breakfast buffet was great. I would stay at this hotel again.

For price paid etc this was a reasonable hotel.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Had spa which was reasonably priced.
I notice some are happy to pick things to bit, but I was not signing up for a 5 star hotel. Was tidy, safe, and could happily walk around the area to eat etc.

1.0 "Noisy as a backpacker hostel"
This hotel is rated as 4 star, I was there for 7 nights, and must say that most of all, it reminded me of a backpacker hostel if you think of the guests. At least on my corridor. The biggest problem is that there is absolutely no soundproofing against the corridor at all. In the last four nights, a lot of students from a high school in Singapore were placed in all rooms besides me. And it was about impossible to sleep before these girls decided the same. I chose a 4 star hotel just for that reason that I thought it would be necessary to have a rest in the room to sleep. The first night I was sleeping there was also unusual noise from other guests outside the corridor. I notified the front desk 3 times during my stay, hoping that they might have the opportunity to move me to a quieter room. But they did not. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody other than those who use hearing aids and can take it out at night.
The hotel is very nice and comfortable to stay in. My husband and I loved the breakfast each morning and enjoyed the variety of food. They hotel is in walking distance of many sights and museums but not in an overly noisy location so that is is quieter at night. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the doormen and our airport transfer driver. Thank you for a wonderful stay while in Ho Chi Minh City.
Just right on the line of comfortable. Nothing more, nothing less

Hotel was nice enough, not fancy at all. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. There was a minor issue with the airconditioning where i had to contact the front desk to turn it on whenever i came back to my room. A good central location. Overall decent, without being great.

Need to complain at the reception before getting a 2nd room access card for a double room. Broken furniture in the room. Luckily, the breakfast is good.
Room wasn't as big as some of the other hotels booked in other cities but it was still ok. Staff were helpful and location was within walking distance to attractions like the Independence Palace and War Remnants Museum.
I stayed at Aristo 3 1/2 ago. I was satisfied with the place that's why I decided to return this time. However, the second time stayed was different. They gave me a room in the building next to it and it called Saigon Mansion. That's was completely opposited with the room in Aristo building. This room has no phone for you to call front desk, no extra kack plug in the room to charge your electronic gadgets, no wash towels, no bathroom amenities, no shampoo holder inside shower stall. The glass door shower stall cannot close tightly. The drainage looked rusted and the tiles around it molted amd cracked. The room is behind the unidentify door in the hall. after unidentify door is the 2 adjacent rooms with the sign on it. I feel a little uncomfortable with the way of the door were built for my safetu. Anyway, I asked for a different on the night was checked in. But they dont have any room left to move me to different room so I stucked in the one for 1 night. Then next morning they moved me to a different room in Aristo building. I'm not happy with my first night there because of the first room they assigened to me. Other than than, the room in Arosto and customer servive was good for me to come back there.
I had stayed here before and was pleased therefore booked for my mother. I had booked for my mother months in advance and paid for with a specific room selection. However, they sent my mother to a different hotel of lesser quality and inconvenience. This is false advertisement and felt cheated. Will not return.
