Amazing resort, excellent service, great facilities and wonderful restaurants.
We had a really nice time from the moment we entered the resort. Very attentive staff, great restaurants and a very nice atmosphere.
The american university/french colonial style theme is funny but also a strange clash of styles. It gives the resort a funny vibe and overall works well.
The cocktail bar (Department of Chemistry) is wonderful, food there is really great and the staff is amazing! Do try out the different cocktails, they are all good.
We had dinner one night at the "finer" restaurant (The Pink Pearl), which was a great experience. Beautiful and creative dishes and great staff as well - definitely worth a visit.
All in all it was a great experience, and we hope to be back.
Very unique property that is worth the try. And very romantic for couples as well as great setting for families too.

모든 서비스가 훌륭했고 갑자기 진통제가 필요했었는데 직접 직원이 같이 동행하여 약국에서 구입할 수 있게 도와주었고, 룸은 비울때마다 청소해주시는지 놀다 들어오면 깨끗이 청소되어있어서 좋았습니다.

완벽한 휴가를 위한 최고의 리조트였습니다. 라마르크 대학 컨셉의 리조트는 곳곳에 스토리가 담겨있어서 리조트 안에서 그런 부분을 즐기는 재미도 아주 큽니다. 리조트 자체 프로그램이 아주 풍부하기 때문에 이 안에서 일주일도 거뜬할 것 같아요. 공간이 워낙 넓어서인지 조식당을 제외하고는 어디서도 크게 붐비는 느낌을 못받았구요, 가족에게도 커플에게도 모두 괜찮은 흔치않은 리조트입니다. 조식도 정말 훌륭하고 왠만한 디너부페 못지 않을 정도로 가지수가 충분합니다. 룸서비스 메뉴는 아시안푸드보다는 웨스턴푸드가 조금 더 괜찮았습니다. 스파도 꼭 이용해보시라고 하고싶어요. 2인 코스가 의외로 가성비가 괜찮았습니다.
방을 업그레이드 한다고 방 크기가 달라지는 것은 아니고 뷰의 차이입니다. (2,3층 < 1층 풀어세스 < 4층 오션뷰 < 오션뷰스위트) 뷰가 아닌 넓은 공간감을 원하신다면 상가건물쪽 2층에 있는 스위트룸을 잡으시는 것도 방법일 것 같아요. 푸쿠옥에 가신다면 최소 2박은 꼭 이곳에서 경험해보시라고 추천드리고 싶네요. 푸쿠옥 다른 호텔에 비해 조금 비싸더라도 분명히 그 가치를 채워주는 곳입니다.

The hotel has a very cool, quirky, and unique design concept.
Check-in was smooth and easy with friendly staff welcoming us in despite the obvious that they were extremely busy with a full lobby checking in.
The room...wow, wow, wow! Stunning layout with immense balcony with incredible sea view. Bed super comfortable too! The only fault in the room was the shocking lack of hooks...including in the bathroom - not a hook anywhere in sight. We had to get creative on where we wanted to hang our towels and other items. One other thing is noise, at night we could hear our neighbors...first night someone left their TV blasting all night, second night someone had a party which promoted me to call at 2am to complain. The rest of the stay was quieter.
Breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had!
Beach is clean, water is clear and pools are great, though a bit chilly.
We enjoyed some of the activities and recommend the jog, bike ride and darts...skip the bar drink making. If we had more time definitely would have done more. The activity staff are awesome!
Hit the gym, it’s modern and wonderful...plus burn off that breakfast.
Actually speaking of the bar, this was the one place where service fell short and wait times were excessive. We actually decided to not return after two negative experiences at the bar.
Now despite some minor things, put this hotel on your must stay list!! It was incredible and just writing about it makes me smile!!
Pink Pearl French Restaurant offers best quality food and service. Also Have nice tour guide of the wine cellar .

Wonderful place and stay. Beautiful hotel. Only place for improvement was with beach and poolside service. Servers were good but the Service was infrequent.

가족 여행으로 5박 6일간 머물렀던 호텔. 최고였습니다.
직원들 모두 친절 했고 객실 상태, 조식 기타 모든 시설이
너무 좋았습니다. 가장 칭찬해주고 싶은 직원은 키즈클럽 직원. 여러 나라에서 온 아이들 돌보기 쉽지 않을텐데 항상 웃음 잃지 않고 정말 열심이 애 돌보는 모습에 감동 받았습니다. 푸꾸옥에서 가장 비싼 호텔이지만 그 값어치 이상을 한 호텔이었습니다
위치, 관리상태 등은 만족. 직원들 대부분이 친절. 하지만 컨시어지, 리셉션 등의 일부 직원의 전화응대 태도 등 일부직원의 잘못된 마인드등은 반드시 재교육해야함. 하지만 체크아웃할 때 관련 내용에 대한 컴플레인에 대해 책임자의 성실한 응대와 사과 등은 대형 체인으로 잘 시스템화 되어있다고 보여짐.

hotel is very nice, we got upgrade to the room in front of the swimming pool and with sea view.
staffs were so friendly and most of them speak good English. too bad that due to weather, we could not see the sun rise even our room was facing the east.
we rent a car, so it is easy to reach everywhere, but I saw many guests walked long way out to reach the shops and restaurants in the Main Street.
Feel so relax in JW hotel. I love the environment here and the room size is very comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. Definitely recommend to you all.

일단 너무 예뻐요.
어딜 가든 너무 예뻐요.
청결상태 좋구요. 침실 예쁘고 욕실 예쁘고
단 제가 사용했던 룸의 욕실 욕조를 사용하면 물이 새서 욕실에 물이 흔건해진 점 근데 크게 거슬리진 않아서 컴플레인은 하지않았어요.

베트남 휴양지는 처음이였는데 JW푸꾸옥은 기대 이상이였습니다.
모든 직원들은 친절했고 한국 지원이 많아 불편함이 없었습니다.
전용 비치는 부드러운 모래와 낮은 높이의 바다로 아이들이 함께하기에 좋고 패들보드와 서핑보드가 준비되어있습니다.
쿠킹클래스, 요가 등 다양한 클래스가 준비되어 있고 그중 등만들기 체험을 했는데 재밌었어요.
스파는 1+1 프로모션 중이며 마사지 진짜 잘하세요. 강추입니다!
식당은 모두 괜찮았고 바에서 칵테일 마시며 듣는 라이브 연주가 멋졌어요!
다음에 또 가고 싶은 리조트였습니다!
