We had a great time staying in Imperial hotel and spa. The location is brilliant, only 3 mins away from Huan Kiem lake and in the old quarter. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They definitely go extra miles to serve their guests. We have changed the hotels in between and the doorman even took our luggage to the new hotel. The room is big, modern and very clean. I would say Imperial hotel is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed. I recommend this hotel to everybody.
The hotel was very nice and the staff was fantastic! The room was a good size and breakfast was a nice spread of Vietnamese and Western food. The hotel was down a cute little side street but a few min walk to the lake.

for standard room, the description says there is a bathtub but actually there is not. the shower room can use as a steam sauna but when I was there is wasn't working. also no window in standard room.
very clean, great service, excellent hospitality and great location. the hotel is in the old town but it is not in the main traffic area so very quiet in the night.
will stay again but maybe choose a higher grade room.

위치가 짱입니다. 호암끼엠호수에서 걸어 삼분거리,성요셉성당근처다.
시티튜어버스 티켓매표소도 가깝고 나이트마켓거리 여행자거리 옆이라 위치가 정말 좋다. 호텔도 깨끗하고 중요한건. 그들 스텝들의 손님대응태도이다. 늦은밤 12시를 넘어 도착했고 지나가는말로 오늘 생일이었는데 이렇게 지나가버렸다고 한마디 했었는데 그걸 기억했다가 당일튜어를 다녀 숙소를 다녀오니 생일케잌깜짝이벤트를 생일노래와 함께 해주었다 . 감동이었다. 다음날 체크아웃을 하며 새벽 사파여행을 가느라 하루 예약이 없었음에도 짐을 기꺼이 맡아주었다 그 뿐만이 아니다 사파여행 당일 새벽 여섯시에 체크아웃하니 잠깐 기다려달라하며 아침을 종류별로 개별콘테이너에 담아 세사람꺼를 각자 포장해 주었다 많은 호텔을 다녔지만 이렇게 아침을 포장해주는 호텔은 세계 어디에도 없었다. 작년에 이어 두번째 숙박이다. 지난번에도 느낀거지만 매니저부터 스텝들이 혼연일체가 되어 손님들에게 최선을 다하는 모습 은 정말 감동 그 자체다. 아주 오래 기억에 남을 것이고 다음에도 베트남 하노이를 방문하게 된다면 이곳을 꼭 선택할 것이다.

The staff go our of their way to make you feel comfortable.
It's in the night market area so sometimes the roads are closed...but actually I think this makes the hotel more charming.
I had a complimentary foot massage which was average and the wifi was ok but not super fast. Otherwise, very nice breakfast, super helpful employees and generally a nice hotel.

It was Very good hospitality close to many Vietnam shop
Absolutely, the best stay we had in Hanoi. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff- from greeting us at the door, to front desk, cleaning crew and the management were extremely accommodating and helpful during our short stay. Imperial hotel is ideally located- super close to all the action, but away from the busy street, so noise were minimal. There are alot of great surrounding restaurant and around the corner is the night market and weekend market. We got the balcony suite, which is super spacious, and the view was facing the city. I love the layout of the bathroom with the deep soaking tub. Our bathroom window faces the city as well. Room was clean, bed was comfy (true king bed- not like other hotels where it was 2 connected beds). We had access to the mini bar and there were complementary bottled water, fruit and snack, which were refilled daily.
The staff truely made us feel like VIP guest and greeted us with our name every time we pass by. With that many guest, I am impress they remember each guest's name. The staff spoke great English and was easy to communicate with. Upon our departure, they made arrangement for transportation to the airport (which btw is cheaper than Grab), and saw us off. The hospitality is extremely top notch and I definitely will book with them again in the future.

Clean room and the breakfast is great.
Location is wonderful, you can walk to every tourist attractions.

Everything was fantastic!
Most notably, the staff were indescribably kind and helpful. We were dealing with a personal dilemma, and they went above and beyond to help us.
Excellent location. Food was great, as well, and the beds were the comfiest i've slept on, since arriving to Vietnam.
I would definitely recommend

The hotel location is great. Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake the the old quarter. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, especially when booking trips and excursions. I love staying at this hotel.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I had over two months of travel in Southeast Asia, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

All the staff were super friendly and super nice. The staff helped us carry our luggage all the way to our tour bus which was quite faraway from the hotel. They also gave us tips on how to go around in Hanoi and gave us recommendations for what to do and where to eat during our stay! The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was also very spacious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s traveling to Hanoi😄

This hotel has the most friendly and helpful staff you’ll ever find. We one got to stay one night as they where fully booked the following day. Wish we could have stayed longer .
Great location , close to the main old streeet shopping area but just off in a quieter side road ......

We stayed for 3 nights in November and would definitely return. The location is perfect with bars and restaurants just outside the hotel and the lake and old quarter are just 5 mins away. The staff at the hotel are great and do what they can to help and inform you during your stay. We booked a day trip to HaLong Bay through the hotel which was great.

Hotel is perfectly situated - in the centre of Old Quarter, very close to the lake, near cafes and restaurants.
Rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated.
Hotel is quiet
Staff - that’s where this hotel really stands out, they couldn’t possibly be more friendly, helpful or polite. They will go out of their way to ensure everyone has everything they need.
We got our theatre tickets booked and delivered to the hotel, advice on local attractions and activities, transport arranged, tours re- confirmed...
Breakfast was really good too.
We were greeted by everyone on arrival and staff walked with us 2 streets (as they were closed for traffic because of weekend market) to the cab on our departure.
We travel a lot, but this level of hospitality is truly exceptional. Thank you so much Hanoi Imperial, you’re wonderful!

Everything was perfect for me. The room was clean and spacious. A big bed, shower with good water pressure, excellent furniture, and equipment. Breakfast is also excellent. What impressed me the most was the sincere services of the staff. It ’s been a while since I ’ve had such pleasant service. I am sure I will choose this hotel next time I go to Hanoi.
At bo på Hanoi Imperial Hotel er en rigtig dejlig oplevelse. Personalet gør alt hvad de kan for at du skal føle dig velkommen og godt tilpas. De er nærværende uden at det grænser til det klæbende... Dygtige folk. Manageren er synlig og lige så interesseret i hvordan din dag har været. værelset skønt. Særdeles skøn brusekabine med 2 slags brus. Jeg er typen der holder af at kunne åbne et vindue eller gå ud på terrassen, men det var der ikke mulighed for på mit værelse. Hotellets beliggenhed er i top, når man vil ud og se på den gamle bydel Hoan Kiem. Det kan være svært for taxa/Grab at komme ned til hotellet, når de spærre den ene vej grundet weekend eller andre begivenheder. Morgenmaden god med noget for alle lige fra frisk presset juice i forskellige afskygninger. Smoothies, vietnamesisk udvalg og dejlige æg ☺️Det var mit andet ophold på Hanoi Imperial Hotel og jeg var mere end tilfreds. Tusind tak.
