Great location, friendly service and a clean hotel. Only a short distance to the walking street. Nice large room with AC. A great value stay. I would recommend this hotel. Jotel arranged our transfer to Da nang and a few tourists excursions for a fair price

The property is well situated for walking street bars and restaurants yet is actually very quiet. It is not too far from the Citadel and the staff are also very friendly. However, it was let down by little things; a broken window handle which we informed the hotel about but which wasn't fixed; a dirty pair of scales; a hairdryer which worked intermittently; and some rat poison tucked away behind the bin which is quite concerning

The check in experience was great. Staff were very helpful from the time I checked in to my check out - two nights stay. The location was ideal for me and as a solo traveller, didn’t have a problem exploring the neighbourhood.

Probably best hotel service I've ever had. Had a very short time to do all the activities in Hue and they planned a private car for my to do everything for very cheap price. They also planned my drive to Hoi An. Hotel itself was great. Excellent breakfast and room was fantastic. Pick this hotel

This was a fantastic hotel which combined cleanliness with location and exceptional value . A couple of doors down is a great little bar and all the restaurants are at the top of the road . it is a five minute walk to the boats for the perfume river tours and if you have hired motorbikes to get from Hoi An you will drop them off opposite. This is situated on a very quiet street . Wandering around we felt safe , the local neighbourhood is welcoming and warm.The bed was wider than it was long and comfortable in the etreme.
V smooth check in. We were so impressed with their breakfast that we end up having dinner here. V awesome breakfast and customer service at the restaurant. Mangoes and rambutan was really the best we had eaten. Hotel is near a weekend walking Street. Will definitely stay here again

This accommodation was my favourite place to stay throughout our ten day trip in Vietnam. The unit was very nice, clean and well fitted out. Good air conditioning, food at attached restaurant was very nice and reasonable cost. The staff however made the place, they were wonderful, very welcoming and genuinely nice. Would definitely recommend.

I really liked the friendly and helpful staff. They could not do enough for me and organised my day trip in Hue, delivered my laundry and organised my bus ticket to depart. All with a smile and a no worries attitude. Loved it.

Customer service was fantastic! They were so attentive and helped us with any questions we had. We were running late the next day for a tour and they even packed us a delicious breakfast! The rooms were very big and incredibly clean. Couldn’t ask for more in a property. We will be back.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. Kelly answered when I called from the airport to ask how much I should pay for my taxi and when I arrived to the hotel she took care of my check-in. Kelly took her time to go over the Hue map with me and helped to create my plan for Hue and book my tours. I told her I wanted to go to my room to think about all the options she gave me and she didn’t pressure me into anything, she just told me they would be there when I was ready. The room was a good size and the balcony was a nice touch. I had an awesome view of the city. There was plenty of storage space for unpacking your bags. My only issue with the room was the hand held shower vs the shower being on the wall. The ladies in the restaurant were always pleasant for breakfast. They offered cooked to order options for breakfast and then they had a fruit and bread buffet to go with your entree. The location was great for walking around the town. I caught a taxi to the Citadel and walked back. I was glad I chose to walk back because I noticed how close the walking streets were with tons of food options. I wish I would have stayed in Hue more than two nights.
Located down a little side street with a lovely ambience and 5/10min walk to the river walk and gardens. Room was modern and spacious and staff happy and very helpful

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hue! The staff is delightful - super helpful and very nice. The room was exactly as pictured, very clean and comfortable. It is located in a laneway so busses and cars will have a hard time picking you up but it’s just a few steps away from a Main Street so it was not a big issue. The restaurant in the hotel offers a range of western and Asian food and the fresh fruit is delicious.

The staff were terrific, very helpful and very easy to understand their English. They enjoyed talking to you. Breakfast was simple but could be made to order and we also had late lunch & snacks one day. Stayed three night and took early morning flight out which they arranged transport to airport that worked very well. Had full bag of laundry done for good price. Though the entrance seems in an alley, this is Vietnam and their streets. Ate at local restaurants and enjoyed this area for two days. The room was large and bathroom roomy and pretty wood floor though the walls could use a fresh coat of paint for the price, friendliness and location of this in Hue we would stay again.
Centrally located in a quiet lane. Helpful staff. Nice breakdast choices.

Service form the staff was great! The superior rooms need some work. Our AirCon was not working AT ALL. They provided a fan and covered our taxi fare the next day but could not move us to another room because of being fully booked. Good overall.

We had such a wonderful stay here. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast is amazing given that it's included in the rate. We also ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs and it was fantastic. The staff at the reception desk was helpful in booking any excursions we were interested in. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

I stayed at Hue Serene for two nights. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. They provided some great suggestions regarding my travel itinerary and recommened some solid places to eat.
Overall good location in Hue city, great service and an awesome free breakfast!

The hotel dropped the ball on our pre-arranged airport pick up but they really stepped up and fixed things after that. They were welcoming and helpful in arranging a local boat cruise and sharing info about the local area. The room itself was quite nice--complete with rose petals on the bed--as it was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located a quick 10 min taxi ride from the Imperial Palace.

Truly a lovely hotel in the heart of everything but not noisy at all. It’s located on a small street with lots of other hotels and small restaurants. The staff are representative of the home town, laid back and kind feel of Hue. Having a balcony overlooking the city is also amazing! Knowledgeable staff who love to talk with guests about Vietnam. A special shout out to Alan. Just a wonderful man!
