5.0 "훌륭한 호텔!!!"
매우 만족합니다. 궁전같은 실내 인테리어에 반해서 정했는데, 조식도 훌륭하고 시설도 깨끗했고 직원들 서비스 또한 훌륭했습니다. 비록 건물들 사이에 있어서 독립성이 떨어지고 옆에 공사중인 건물들도 있어서 주변경관이 아쉬웠지만 전반적으로 훌륭한 선택이었네요. 무료셔틀로 비치, 올드타운 다녀서 편리 했고 좀 늦으면 그랩을 이용했기에 모처럼의 자유여행이 즐거웠네요. 다음에도 여기에 머무르고 싶네요. ^^

5.0 "Hoi An Garden Palace & Spa a MUST!"
Obviously wanted to get the best hotel for the $ and Hoi An Garden Palace & Spa was more than I expected! From the moment you enter (front hotel name could use a re-make) you are greeted with so much love. Vietnam has great service and they know how to make people feel welcome but this hotel was above and beyond. The room was bigger than I expected and me and my gf loved the hotel. The garden, the pool and breakfast was always a pleasure. The girls were so attentive and they really did everything they could to make you feel like royalty. I really did feel I was in a 5 star hotel though never stayed in one but this has to be the standard in which hotels are measured because it really was amazing. The breakfast was a combination of western food and of course Vietnamese food and the selection was pretty good. Location wise is not the best, a good 20 minute walk and with the heat, trust me you don't wanna walk this but instead of the bikes I found a place that rented motor bikes and for about 120,000 VND which is dirt cheap and then my gf and I just went there and back everyday in about 3 mins. Spa was great as well and they did offer great discounts for ppl staying at the hotel and it was pretty good, not like amazing but if you do one day then you'll probly do 2 days at the spa. Great hotel to really relax after the heat and the pool is naturally always warm. If you can try to request to get a room with the balcony facing the pool as we were facing behind and nothing to look at
4.0 "Comfortable but a little away from attractions."
It is located between the beach and the tour spot, Old Town. No problem to reach both place with a taxi but not possible to walk.
Clean rooms, buildings, nice breakfast and kind staffs. Overall rate is above average I believe.

호텔 숙박 좋아요. 수영장도 좋고 조식도 좋았고 리조트도 작지만 잘 관리되어있어요. 무엇보다 호텔 셔틀이 잘되어있어서 교통이 정말 편했어요

4.0 "Godt Hotel ned venligt personale"
Dejligt hotel med hyggelig byggestil, og meget flinke og hjælpsomt personale. Byggeri på naboejendom, ofte fyldt poolområde ( der samtidigt er lille) samt manglende egentlig bar område ( de laver dog dejlige drinks til gode priser, som kan nydes ved poolen ikke i restauranten) trækker dog lidt ned, men alt i alt et godt hotel med fin cykelservice (gratis) og hvor det tager 8-10 min til midtbyen og stranden. ( hotellet ligger mellem Old Town og stranden)

Because of warm welcome & good support during our stay by reception staffs + very friendly & good hospitality of restaurant staffs, it was very confortable stay for our family, especillay for our children. Special thanks from parrents of Chiaki & Yuto to Tu & Thanh at reception and Flower, Xi & Sa at restaurant!

다낭 공항 drop 서비스 이용했어요
25달러이고 grab 이용하면 30만동 정도니
한화 1만원 정도 차이 있지만 별 불만은 없었어요
다음애 호이안 간다면 재이용 할겁니다

4.0 "Lovely clean comfortable quiet hotel near town"
Fantastic stay - loved the pool, buffet breakfast, rooms and comfortable beds. Super helpful staff (our bags were lost and they did all they could to help - we got them back after 24 hrs) and everything was extremely clean. Our beds got made twice in a day! It is a beautiful building with pretty gardens. Our kids loved it.

1. 모든 직원이 정말 친절합니다 (All members of staff are very very kind)
2. 조식이 맛있습니다. 특히 커피가 맛있어요. (Breakfast is so delicious. especially coffee)
3. 호이안에서 조금 떨어져있지만, 택시를 타면 금방 갈 수 있습니다 (The hotel is located a little far from downtown of Hoi An. But if you take a taxi, you can go there quickly)

Hotel staff are very friendly and work hard to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Location is half way between downtown & beach with free shuttles to both. The pool is nice, breakfast is ok. The bathroom layout is awkward making it difficult to get on & off the toilet seat, and the bathroom does not have a door to the bedroom, just a curtain. The rooms do have balconies which is nice. Best thing to do is hire a scooter. There’s a place 5 mins walk from the hotel which rents out scooters for US$5 per day!
정원 속에 있는 듯한 예쁜 호텔입니다. 방이 전체적으로 하얀색으로 되어있어 깔끔한 느낌이 듭니다. 수영장도 즐기기에 충분한 크기입니다. 호이안과 탄탄비치로 운행하는 무료셔틀버스가 있어 매우 유용하게 이용하였습니다. 직원분들도 모두 친절합니다. 조식은 보통 수준입니다. 호텔 가까이 로컬 시장이 있습니다 망고 1 킬로그램 3만동, 망고스틴은 8 만동에 구매했습니다

A lovely character full hotel, very charmingly done with very friendly staff.
Rooms are clean and well fitted with brass details throughout. Good pressured shower and we had a very cute patio onto the gardens which was a treat.
Pool table was as fun bonus. The pool is great, decent size with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. The spa is also worth a visit and is very fairly priced.
Overall a great price for a lovely stay, will defiantly go back.
