We had wonderful time in Helios Legend Hotel.The staff was so helpful and enthusiastic to answer any questions and gave for us great tips to travel arround.We had clean room and good breakfast.we booked the Ha Long Bay 2 days cruise through the hotel.It was very good.

A good location to walk anywhere from the hotel,so we almost no need using taxi .Our room was good enough for our short holiday.Breakfast was quite good.Overal ,it is great place.
방도 전체적으로 넓고 좋았고 서비스가 너무 친절했어요. 지배인님도 매우 친절하고 잘 신경써 주시고 위치도 근처 관광지랑 가까워서 좋았습니다. 그 대신 구시가지다 보니 주변 거리는 좀 깨끗하지 못하고 뒤에 클럽이 있어서 밤에 둥둥둥 거리는건 좀 불편했지만 크게 신경 쓰이지도 않았습니다. 조식도 훌륭하고 맛있었습니다. 와이파이도 무척 빨랐는데 저희가 있던 층에 사람이 좀 많이 들어오면서 엄청 느려진건 조금 불편했습니다. 그거 빼곤 정말 전반적으로 매우 만족했어요.

오후늦게부터 온 방에 진동소리 가득히 어디선지는 모르겠지만 클럽음악소리가 엄청나서 귀가 아프고 머리가 울렸습니다.
전반적인 청결도는 무난한 편???인듯하지만 첫 방을 안내해주었는데 바퀴들이 저희를 반겨주어 식겁했습니다. 처리한다고 하시고 안내해주신분이 나가자마자 침대밑에서 커다란 바퀴가 또 나와 바로 달려오셨고 바로 방을 바꿔주셨습니다. 그런고로 서비스는 나쁘지않았습니다. 직원분들이 전반적으로 친절했습니다. 조식은 그냥저냥.

I didn’t like the fact that a massive cockroach fell out of the ac unit in my room, never to be seen again..I found another smaller one in the bathroom. The rooms definitely didn’t look like the photos, and were very small with no windows. My du vet cover was stuck together with sellotape, which was quite funny. Breakfast was supposed to finish at 10.00, but when we got down there at 9.30 there was no food left.
Apart from all that, the location was good, and it was easy to walk to shops and restaurants.
It was Tet, the lunar new year, so the hotel was short of staff and some promises were not kept, and service could be slow.

Great area, a lot of interesting stuff is within walking distance, as is the train station. The staff were friendly (and even tried to negotiate the taxi price for me) and helpful. The breakfast was good and the room was nice. Great stay

It's a great hotel, the location is right in the heart of Old Quarter. The staff is super nice and friendly, overall this was a very positive experience. I would definitely love to stay here again! :)

Hotellet är relativt slitet. Dushen var felkonstruerad så allt vatten rann ut i resten av badrummet. Dunkande musik från gatan. Som helhet ok, men absolut inte mer. Fick bra hjälp att boka en dagsutflykt dock.

Recommended.. Clean, well priced. Nice rooms. Very helpful staff who let us check in early, and then check out late as we had a night train to catch. In the middle of the old quarter, and so close to everything. Nice breakfast. Any request, such as asking to order a taxi, was met quickly.

2泊しました。利便もよく部屋も快適でしたが、1日外出をし戻ってきたら机に置いておいた眼鏡やポーチが無くなっていました。フロントへ行き問い合わせたら、返ってきた物もありますが、いくつかは返ってきませんでした。私物はいじらないで欲しいです。I stayed for 2 days. The room was comfortable as well as convenience, but glasses and pouches that I had put on the desk had gone when I went out for a day. After going to the front desk, some things came back but some did not return. I do not want any personal items to touch it.

We stayed 4 nights in Helios Legend hotel and it was excellent. The location is great. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Jane who was amazing! She gave us great recommendations on places to see and eat around Hanoi and she helped us choose a cruise for Halong Bay and then looked after all the booking for it. Thank you Helios Legend Hotel , you added to making our first trip to Hanoi a great one!
We had been great stay at Helios Legend Hotel. this is the best of hotel in Hanoi with good price . Room is large , clean , comfortable bed .
Location in the central of the old city, close to shops , restaurants . Definetely stay agian .

Staff were warming & welcoming and very helpful.We organised all our tours through the hotel: Halong Bay - Tim our boat manager on Cristiana cruise was impeccable, Sapa - Ping our tour guide was one of a kind & Lam our Hanoi food street guide was great. The hotel met all our expectations.

The hotel has alot of good eateries nearby it. Walking distance to the lake and night market. Location is good. They serve good breakfast and the staff service is excellent. We booked family room and junior suites. Nice rooms. Highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived in Hanoi at around 3pm where we were greeted and told to take a seat whilst they felt with our check in, all was going well, we then checked into our bedroom... it was cramped, no window, the bathroom smelt of sewage!
We then went to put our secure belongings in the safe... to find it broken.... great.
3 hours later we have gone to bed only to find that the bed is either made of rocks or such bad quality that you feel every spring in your back, so a very uncomfortable 4 nights sleep... with a nightclub that seems to be next door pounding through the room, and a rather raunchy couple seemed to be on the same floor!
The walls are made of paper I’m sure and will not recommend this to anyone to stay in.
We stay in the hotel for 2nights. First of all we want to say thank you to all the staff!! The amability and the great advices they gave us. They organize our trips to halong and tam coc and all of them were amazing!
Breakfast is great they prepare you an omelette or whatever you need.
I read lot of coments regarding the noise but in our case the bedroom was quite and we did not have any problem to rest properly. Also our bedromm had all the requirements according to the price. Without any doubt we will come back.

L'hôtel est situé au dessus d'une boîte de nuit. Les murs tremblent jusqu'au 5eme étages sans parler du bruit ! On se croirait dans la boîte !
Niveau personnel, une dame très désagréable qui vous sourit que quand elle veut vous vendre ses excursions 3 fois le prix...
Notre chambre était remplie de fourmis.

Easy access to surrounding places. Overall is gd. Hotel is dated and hot water runs out but still acceptable compared to other hotels I have stayed in Halong Bay.

It was such a best night during my travel around Asia in 3 months. We felt so welcomed with special request to have a breakfast take away for early leaving, they accommodated for everything immediately. They treated us so well that we definitely recommend to all our friends and family.

I usually do not write reviews, however in case of this hotel I feel I need to share my thoughts. First of all all those people giving this place 5 stars must be living in different parallel world. The hotel is old, dirty and very badly decorated. I have never seen so much mold in the shower. If you happen to book the room with balcony, be ready for sleepless night. This was my second time in Hanoi and the second hotel disappointment. You get, what you paying for and don't be fooled by the pictures and reviews. On the way back we have booked Melia and it was great.
