The staff was very nice and always available to meet our requests. The bedroom was large and the beds were comfortable.

Clean rooms.tv. staff were exceptionally friendly especially with travel advice and welcome drink and always opening and closing the doors for us.also organising a airport transfer which went beyond my expectations. Also they kept our luggage for us when we went to halong bay. Buffet breakfast daily. Loved the location.

We have no ideas where to visit at first. They organised most of our trips for us. The staff were excellent especially Anna who was very helpful .Breakfast was also very good!

Ugh. Dirty. Noisy. Upscale hostel at best. Nice guy at desk, and another woman too. But others were busy on phones or didn’t follow through. Very dirty floor. Door to balcony would not lock or close properly. Never moved us or fixed the door. Couldn’t sleep with all of the noise.
Perfect central location, closed to Dong xuan market and in the heart of the Old Quarter. Front desk at reception is really helpful and offered to help with our train tickets and sightseeing tours. We booked a superior room for a very convenient price, the room is spacious and the bed is made of two double beds pulled together so we had the best and most comfortable night sleep.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt. Leider in Nähe eine Musikhalle, daher vor ca. 1 Uhr keine Ruhe. Zustand des Zimmers grenzwertig, Klimaanlage ging erst am letzten Tag (wurde aber auch kaum benötigt). Matratze, naja. Kann sein das es für den Preis in Ordnung war, ich hätte dann aber lieber mehr investiert,

I stay in this hotel on each of my business trip to Hanoi. I could stay in a five star but find this hotel has what i'm looking for, ie excellent breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, central location to business and recreational activities with some of the best shopping right outside the front door.

Good location and very value for money. about 10-15 mins walk to the lake, night market and dong xuan market. nearby convenience stores and food (try banh mi 25 which is only about 5 mins walk away). Excellent service by the staff who were very helpful. Breakfast selection i good quality & tasty. rooms are comfortable .

Stayed 5 days and were impressed with very helpful English speaking staff. Breakfast adequate,room clean and our executive room was spacious.Free computer in room. Great TV channel selection. In center of old city, most attractions walking distance.However a pleasant hotel to stay in.

Good service from staff who makes you feel at home and will provide the necessary help you need - booking of trips, taxis etc. Rooms are decent, clean and of adequate size. Great location which offers much to explore nearby.

Daily breakfast menu could have been more varied. Generous sized Room. It seems that way in every hotel we were in Vietnam. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable enough to explain the variety of package tours to Halong Bay.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel may be a little old but all the basic amenities are provided and toilet seemed quite new. Breakfast buffet has quite a variety and location is good as you can walk to all around the Old Quarters.

Nous avons reserve deux nuits en precisant par plusieurs emails auxquels nous avons recus des reponses que nous arrivions le matin de la deuxieme journee de reservation Le but etant d avoir la chambre tout de suite sans attendre 14 h ou 15 h Evidement la chambre avait ete louee et nous avons ete loges dans une chambre horrible sans fenetre au premier etage

Helios Legend Hotel is a comfortable hotel for me, a clean and "homy" Hotel. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Thank you to Ms. Jane as the hotel manager, was very informative in directing me to interesting sights. Good luck for all hotel staff.

The details of the room are not specific. The Superior room are not window and the Bed is not comfortable, the springs are aging. Furnitures are old and table lamp doesn't work.
I need to upgrade to a Deluxe room for USD10 per night

We were quite happy when staying in Helios Legend Hotel.Very friendly staff, rooms are cozy and clean. Within distances of places to see. Staff are always willing to show you where to go and places to try. We left our luggage with them over night while we went to Halong Bay and Sapa, no issues. Will definitely stay here again.

One of the better hotels I've stayed at in Hanoi. Everyone is really friendly. On the reception they have always good suggestions what places are good to see or try out (coffee, dinner, lunch, local). They speak very good English too. Breakfast was also great, exactly what you need for a good morning start. Coffee good too. We enjoy our stay here and we will miss these nice people.

Hotel's location is in center,so taking about 15 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake.We almost enjoy this place as helpful staff,clean room and good breakfast.
