This was a great hotel. Exceptional staff, always accommodating and eager to assist with any request. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Great high speed internet.It's location was a short walk 12 minutes to Hoan Kiem lake and in right of the Old Quarter. Airport transfer service for $18 was good value. will stay here again if i ever come back to Hanoi.

Stayed overnight while waiting for a flight. Friendly staff, comfortable room. WiFi was a bit problematic at times but I think that was likely my devices not liking the set up and the time of day I was trying to use it - still useable, I just had to keep connecting. Very good location in Hanoi.

Hotel is situated in city center. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good. Everything was clean, but hotel is not in the best condition - we were unable to close and lock door to the bathroom :) and it was hard to lock the door from room. But still it was hotel with pleasant staff in the city center for good price.

TV did not work, it was comfortable, but is looking dated and needs updating. Staff not wearing a uniform and looked un-professional.
Amazing staff really friendly , and helpful . Great bed and comfortable room and the location really central and close to many coffee shops, beer coner as well . Definitely stay this hotel again .

Upon arrival . Staff wellcome with drinks , super helpfull with all information, check in to our room with nice decoration , cozy , clean . They arranged the car to pick us up at the airport and dropp - off . Our stay at Helios is truly good .

Great stay at Helios Legend Hotel, hotel located in the central of the old town , rooms are nice, clean . Staff always try to assit you . Booked Halong Bay and Sapa was excellent .

옛날 스타일의 룸스타일이었어요! 저는 패밀리룸이라서 퀸사이즈 침대 3개가 있는곳으로 했는데 호텔이라기보다는 음 ..안방만 제대로 되어있고 거실에 침대두개놓고 합숙하는 느낌? 그렇지만 넓고 위치는 진짜 딱 좋았어요! 하노이 시내에서 돌아다니고 구경하기에도 거리도 괜찮고 구경하다 들어가기 좋았어요. 다만 룸도 되게 넓은데 화장실이 방에 하나만 있는건 좀 불편했어요! 가격대비 이건 괜찮아요

The upgraded our room for a small additional fee and we had the Rols Royce suite. It was a beautiful room but the furnishings were faulty. The staff were incredible and very welcoming.

Hanoï était la dernière étape dans notre périple asiatique et nous avons été heureux des services de cet hôtel, tant par l'accueil des employés de l'etablissement que du service, en général. Le petit déjeuner servi chaque matin était bon et copieux et toutes mes demandes ont été réalisées dans la minute, de plus, le réseau wifi est très efficace.
Bravo ! ? nous quittons le Vietnam sur une excellente impression.

We were not too pleased with the ants in the room but could live with that. The mouse running around in the middle of the night was not so great though. When I went down to reception for help there was no one there. We were not told the number for reception so I guessed it and got hold of someone but they didn’t understand the problem. After 3 calls they finally came and helped. They killed the mouse and took it away.
This was our first time in Hanoi and we are happy with our choice for staying in Helios Legend Hotel . The hotel room was clean and proper; the hotel staff was very friendly and helped us to plan and book our travel itinerary. We have booked our last night with them again!

I am very pleasantly surprised at the level of service provided by this hotel for the price. The thing that stands out most for me here was the incredibly kind staff. Good location within walking distance of a lot of popular areas

This hotel is in a great location, close to the lake and surrounded by many cafes and shops. Anna were especially helpful and helped us arrange a ride to and from the airport as well as a trip to Ha Long bay. Everyone else went above and beyond to make sure we were happy

I had a wonderful experience while staying at Helios Legend Hotel. Good location and easy to move around. Best value price for the room and services. A compliment to your front desk staff.. During my stay, I was not well,the staff helped me with the medicine. I will stay again on next visit and introduce to my friends.

We enjoyed staying here. The location was great, as it was only a few minutes away to the night market and Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms are small but value for price. Very nice service,polite & friendly staff. That's why got so high score. Overall, its worth our stay!

Vi havde 4 overnatninger på Helios Legend Hotel og er temmelig skuffede over hotellet. Billederne stemmer ikke særlig godt overnes med virkeligheden og vi er uforstående overfor de relativt fine reviews hotellet ellers har fået. Vores værelse var meget fugtigt, hvilket resulterede i at alt fra vores tasker også var fugtigt selvom det ikke blev pakket ud. Der var beskidte pletter på tapetet og sengetøj. Og sengen var slidt, så hvis man lå forkert på siden havde man en fjeder op i hoften.
Der var et relativt stort udvalg i morgenmadsbuffeten, men ikke alt så ud til at være frisklavet selvom man kom derned tidligt.
Vi tilbragte så lidt tid på hotellet i løbet af dagen som muligt. Én positiv ting om hotellet er beliggenheden, den fejler ikke noget. Vi anbefaler ikke hotellet og vælger et andet hotel når vi kommer tilbage til samme område.
We stay at Helios Legend Hotel for 3nights , at this price we can't complaint nothing , staff so amazing, always willing to assit you all the time , breakfast is deliuos, many dishes . For everything is good

토일 이틀 머물렀는데, 근처에 클럽, 기차 소리때문에 너무 시끄러움
2시까지 들림, 소리때문에 다음날 다른곳으로 방이동해줬는데, 결국에는 외장밧데리가 하나 분실됨...
별로 특별히 좋은 기억이 없네요
Perfect central location, closed to Hang Da Market and in the heart of the Old Quarter. Reception is really helpful and offered to help with our train tickets and sightseeing tours. We booked a superior room for a very convenient price, the room is spacious and the bed is made of two double beds pulled together so we had the best and most comfortable night sleep. Recommend

I really appreciated the staff, they were all extremely helpful and spoke very good English. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is right in the middle of the old town. They upgraded me to a really nice room on arrival. They also helped me book my train ticket

Although the staff were all very pleasant and helpful, the room we booked looked NOTHING like the pictures shown on the booking page. The cleanliness of the room certainly needs attention, with door frames hanging off, dirt and general grime in the corners and skirting’s. With mill due within the sealant in the bathroom. The bathroom door would not close so no privacy when showering.
The shower itself would suddenly go cold without warning.
The common and breakfast areas were as per the picture, but as per the website pictures, food is un-covered and is prone to flies and ants.
I think the hotel is a work in progress, as I see from Google maps the hotel was under a different name in 2014. Perhaps after a re-vamp and a good review of the room states and house keeping the hotel will meet its advertising face.
The staff were the saving grace. But if you intend to stay, make sure you get the room you expect and are paying for.
Why did we not complain? Well we were only there for 3 nights and were out most days, so as a place to sleep, it had to do.
가성비 높은 곳입니다. 시설이 좀 오래되긴 했지만 비교적 좋습니다.
직원들도 친절하고 조식도 괜찬은 편입니다. 구도심과도 가깝고 호안끼엠호수까진 걸어서 10분정도 그리고 쌀국수집 퍼짜주엔이 30m거리고 비빔국수 분보남보도 약 100m정도 거리 입니다. 동쑤언시장도 10분거리 가성비로 추천 할 만합니다.
