We love this hotel very much .Hotel staff were very friendly ,they were always willing to help us all our request and showed us many delicious restaurants ,egg coffee shops, signseeing areas...Our bed was very comfortable and clean.Breakfast was good with many mix Asia and Eropean style.Overall,it is good place to stay again when we come back Hanoi again.

The room was nice enough, but what made our stay dpecisl was the staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. They booked a day trip for us, they booked the cruise we wanted at Halong. They were super patient and nothing was too much trouble. Food is good, location is great.

I liked how the staff really cared for your comfort. The room was comfortable and clean. Excellent unlimited breakfast! The hotel is located in a great spot, lots of cafe’s and things to do. Great staff!

There was a mouse running in the lobby when I first arrived. Hotel was noisy, mold was in the room and washroom. Did not feel safe and the bed was hard as a rock. Not coming here again.

Staff were fantastic, excellent English and nothing was a trouble. Gave us a great discount on a Halong Bay tour . The breakfast is also very fresh, hot and dilicious
Enjoyed our stay here , awesome location on a busy street so it is noisy. Our room was clean and cozy with a balcony overlooking the street. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and wanted us to experience the best of Hanoi. Breakfast had a big selection.

Room condition is bad. Worst I experienced in Hanoi. dirty refridgr, broken door knob, broken bath tub and washing basin. lots of mosquitos in the room. felt like they don’t do house keeping properly and also there is no maintenance to room

The room was clean and the service was very good. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff are all amazing and very friendly and accommodating especially the manager. If we ever go back to Hanoi we will choose this hotel again

It is very nice and comfort hotel with good price. The staff and manager are very helpful and honest. While checking into the hotel, I realized that I forgot one of the bags in the cab. The hotel staffs helped me to call the driver and get the bag back. Strong recommend to other friends.

Big and nice hotel room. Although the power outlets in the room was really bad though. You could not connect anything to it without famling out of the outlet. The bathroom smelled like sewer and there was not hot water in the shower in two of our three ordered rooms. The hotel is also next to a club with sounds that could be heard through all our rooms. The staff was nice and welcoming and maybe the best part of the accomodation.
The staff were exceptional especially Anna and Jane. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They gave us great advice on where to eat, what to see and do. Problems with mobile phones and iPads were easily sorted by them. Nice to stay here.

We were a family of 5. Two adults, three teens. Helios offered a great price for a two bedroom unit with three large beds. Carpet needed some vacuuming. One of the sheets had stain on it. Good variety breakfast. Walking distance to Old Quarter area. Better to book tourism outside the hotel for better rates.

The location of the hotel was in a perfect spot with lots to do. As far as the hotel goes, the rooms were not clean at all, I had a lot of mosquitos in my room which when I’d sleep I’d get eaten alive. There is a club near the hotel which goes on till about 3:30am how would I know? Because I wouldn’t sleep till it was over. The tourist lady there seemed upset because we did not book a tour with her and we went with someone else. Overall I think if you’re going to book this hotel for a few nights 1-3 than the price is not bad but if for more than 3 days I would recommend going somewhere else.
My only positive experience at Helios was the staff. The reservations manager was very helpful and accommodating with itinerary changes. She made me feel very appreciated and welcome to visit Hanoi and arrange tours. Furthermore all the staff i came across were also very friendly.
I booked 2 low budget rooms, one had at least 15 mosquitoes and a broken door mechanism. The other smelled like sewage.

Hotel très bien placé dans le vieux quartier d'Hanoi, près de la ligne de chemin de fer.
Le service est bien. mais l'hotel souffre d'un problème d'humidité importante.
Ce qui donne des odeurs peu agréables dans les chambres.
Pour un cours séjour c'est supportable. Mais cela peut déranger sur un plus long.
J'espère que ce n'est qu'un problème temporaire qui sera résolu.
Sinon, les chambres ne sont pas de première jeunesse mais sont propres.
Pour le prix au regard de la situation géographique, il n'y a rien à dire.

This hotel gets mixed reviews which is difficult for a foreign traveler to navigate. How could a place be 1 star and 5 star at the same time?
I am a recent traveler from Los Angeles. The service from the staff at this Hotel is exemplary. The people there are so very nice.
You may find some “this and that” issues with various things as to the condition of the hotel. It is an urban hotel in an urban and very dense old town district.
I have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to any foreign traveler. The level of care of the staff and the English speaking ability of the staff is exceptional.
Every morning, they were so nice and gave us so many smiles.

This hotel is right the Old Quarter. We go Beerstreet, night market, lake,etc by walking. Room is very clean. Breakfast is good and fresh. Hotel staff is very kindness and sweet.

Great place in fine location. The staff may be the best part of this place. Super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the shower is a bit small for someone 6ft tall and 190lbs.

Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Sauberkeit ist ausreichend. Leider hatte es viele Mücken im Zimmer. Zimmer mit Balkon ist eher laut aufgrund von Strasse.
