Da das Zimmer sehr laut war, wurden wir in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht und mit dem Taxi hingebracht. Super Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

To be clear this review is for their sister hotel
ECLIPSE LEGEND. We were moved there due to renovations. The staff at Eclipse were super helpful and upgraded my room twice. Great location.

Welcomed us with welcome drink, very willing to help. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff accommodating.
It is what it is for the price cheap with a bed. Although without a doubt you're going to be woke up early by something. If it isn't work men it's the cleaners or the club music that bumbles through the wall from about 9pm onwards. If you like to sleep this isn't the best place for you

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Answered any question I had and made sure I was satisfied with their response. Location was great as well. Many key touristic areas were within walking distance (10-25 mins). If you're a fan of the old quarter and traditional/cultural environment, this is the place to be! I'll be staying here on my next visit.

Some parts are breaking down a bit and it wasn't squeeky clean. The staff was very friendly, the bed is comfy enough for a good night sleep and the shower is strong enough to purge off sweat and street dirt.
Overal it's a very cheap decent room in the heart of the town.

- WIFI reception was poor in my room - I complained to the hotel staff but they were unable to fix it.
- AC didn't cool the room properly.
- The hotel is old and requires renovation.

Excellent service from the hotel to us.They picked us up well from the airport,and offered us daily trips to Hoa Lu-Tam Coc and Ha Long Bay .They were great options with very nice service.Hotel staff was really responsibility and helpful .Nice to stay here.

The hotel is old architect building and we love it.Our room is clean and enough facilities we need . Staff was very nice and helpful .Location is great to eat and drink,shopping is good and near many famous sightseeing areas.

The staff are all very friendly and willing to help, especially the guy with a pair of glasses. He’s very nice and polite. The location is extremely convenient.

The hotel is right behind a club. It is therefore impossible to sleep at night as you’ll hear club music booming through the walls of your room.

The staff were outstanding with their service delivery, they recommended a really good Halong Bay Tour Provider- The best thing was how extremely professional and helpful the hotel staff were, right from the time we were picked up and dropped of at the airport. We loved the beds too, really comfortable mattresses. Truly made our stay in Hanoi enjoyable.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and the room was at the rear off the hotel and so peaceful. They looked after our baggage while we went off on an overnight Halong Bay cruise. This cruise was booked through the hotel and it was terrific. We loved this hotel the staff were excellent all very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble.

Our short stay at Helios was ok.
Staff was friendly and was accommodating to our needs and complaint about the room condition.
Older hotel, cleaning of rooms and floors could be improved.
The staff seemed committed to improving cleanliness and perhaps upgrading beds/rooms in the future.
Note: the noise people mentioned about the club down the street is somewhat true. The subwoofer does create a vibration but on the weekday I stayed there it was off by 11:30pm. Not a big deal for young travelers
The constant nightclub (doof doof) noise every night we stayed so loud it vibrated walls and ceilings windows. Went until 2 or 3 in the morning. We used earplugs, but otherwise Hanoi was a great place to visit. Probably wouldn't use again.
The staffs were nice and friendly. However, amenities are disappointing as blankets do not smell good. Shampoo is not appropriate for hair use. There is no conditioner which is essential to women’s hair. Breakfast was decent.

Very good welcoming and smiling staff.
However, room infested by ants.
I was also woken up very early in the morning by the cleaning ladies that were screaming in the hallway. Very rude.
The hotel is probably located close to a night club, couldn’t sleep until late because of the music.
Otherwise my stay was fine.

Old hotel - needs updating. No generator so stuck in hot room when electricity went out for hours. Not best locale but close to Lake. Staff did hold bags when we went for an excursion overnight.
We stayed in Helios Legend Hotel for 2 nights in May and we love this hotel as their hotel service,room comfort and very good location.

Had an ac problem on the first day. You can imagine not having an ac on hot day in Vietnam. They finally fixed it and was able to sleep.

Well located in quiet area, few minutes walk to museum, lake, entertainment. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast we had for this holiday.Friendly staff and very helpful.They organise tours if you prefer.Would recommend .

Large room that was very good price. Location was great, closed to main food, beer area. They have really good breakfast. Friendly staff, they can book wherever you want, buses, tours , taxis, etc. We also rented automatic motorbike and staff recommended us a lot places where to eat, to drink as well as visit. We can not wait to go back.

My first room offered got problems with the air con that water is leaking from it, the hotel staff is helpful that they help to offer me another room quickly. The room looks good overall, cleanliness is on average. The staffs there are super attentive that they provided suggestions for your travel upon your check in.

The location is very good, central and near the night market, with lots of nice restaurants nearby like Cha Ca grill fish,famous Pho restaurant... . The staff are the nicest ever, really friendly and helpful and cheerful, and very hard to forget. We hope to be back soon.

The staff were great and very helpful with directions and things to do. They offered us the option to leave our suitcases at the hotel in their baggage room whilst we were away on a two cruise round Ha Long Bay at no extra cost. Very friendly reception and all the staff are helpful and courteous. Great service to cater to all request, rooms are always kept clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Helios Legend Hotel. Our stay in Hanoi was for 4 days and the hotel was a fantastic base, right in the middle of Old Quarter, which was great as the hotel was walking distance to explore various tourist attractions.Many restaurants and coffee shops right outside the hotel doors. The best thing was how extremely professional and helpful the hotel staff were, right from the time we were picked up and dropped of at the airport. Very enjoyable time in Hanoi.
