Hanoian Central Hotel was fabulous and great helpful. Gorgeous newly renovated hotel, great to be close to the central. The breakfast was good and the spa inside the hotel also provide an excellent massage too.
Especially, the staff, front desk staff was so helpful and friendly, Molly and Ann help us so much and give us many address for visit and eat around there.We would recommend highly and visit again!!!

This hotel is right in the middle of the crazy bustle of Hanoi. You step straight from the street into a modern, airconditioned lobby. The staff are superbly well trained - tempting though it might be to acknowledge one, individually, that would be unfair on all of his or her colleagues. The rooms were relatively spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds (which is in no way guaranteed in Vietnam). Breakfast was generous, varied and well prepared

Summary: Spotless, incredible staff, quiet, and no rooster!
Details: The room was extremely clean, quiet, and an actual soft (quite a rarity) comfortable bed. The breakfast was a good mix of Western and Vietnamese options; and the specialties changed daily.
My favorite part of the hotel, however, was the extremely kind and helpful staff that really go above and beyond in accommodating their guests. The front desk staff of Ann, Kate, Molly and Elsa all helped me out during my stay. Whether it was to help me choose a tour and get the precise itinerary option (I'm picky) and suite I requested; to personally walking with me to the pharmacy and helping me get the proper medicine along with translating with the pharmacist when I ate bad street food pho (It was still tasty, at least.) There's a reason why I, and so many other reviewers speak highly of them, and I agree 100% wholeheartedly.
I stayed here for a total of 5 nights; as I booked a tour to Ha Long Bay with the front desk and came back from a solo 2 day journey to Tam Coc. I initially was only going to stay 2 nights but am very happy to have stayed as long as I did; as Hanoi is a fantastic city as well as the center point of the northern sightseeing triangle of Ninh Binh/Tam Coc, Ha Long Bay, and Hanoi itself. You could even include Sapa.
All in all, you will rest well here, rooster noise was almost non-existent, and the location to walking to many hot spots is usually no more than a 10 minute walk. Fantastic!
Agree totally with other reviews about the helpfulness of staff. Don't mistake this for them trying to contact you, they are genuinely interested in your having a good time, and to meet your needs with no hassles. One of the lovely staff (Tommy/Thuong) was even kind enough to accompany me to a local salon so I could have a pedicure. Their service is above and beyond, the rooms are basic, but very clean. In fact, one morning we went down for breakfast, and came back to our room which was made up, and mopped while we were gone, which wasn't very long ! Couldn't find a better value place.
Copious breakfast buffet, very helpful staff, located in the heart of the Old Quarter-one can walk to the Cathedral of Hanoi, the Museum of History, the Hoan Kiem Lake,view the "maisons tubes"...one of the staff helped us book train tickets to future destinations...The Winder Cruise on Ha Long Bay was memorable !

This hotel was perfect and well located (7 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake). Very comfortable room with nice design and commodities. Breakfast is great, with a lot of choice. Staff is amazing and very attentive. Strong recommended !

Fantastic hotel in a great location and made to feel welcome at every minute or the day... The rooms were very comfortable and Tomy helped me organise my trip not only in Hanoi but also throughout Vietnam and nothing was too difficult for him.

We spent some nights at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa. The room was lovely - well decorated with stylish furniture.The bedding was lovely and soft, allowing us to get a good night sleep. Overall, a good place to stay in the heart of the tourist zone in Hanoi. Good location. Very relaxing, as well as convenient. There is a restaurant inside. Definitely recommend if you want to be able to walk to most places and drink Vietnamese coffee Quick responses and they always came immediately if something was wrong.
Amazing experience ! Highly recommended ! We were greeted by friendly and professional staff who offered us a very smooth check in process. We had a room on the top floor with a lovely view to the city. It was tidy, comfortable with an elegant design and had everything that you needed. The rooftop area was great! Breakfast was tasty with a lot of variety. Delighted to be provided with services such as luggage storage and shower facilities post check out.

Thank you Tommy for making our stay at Excellent. We check in at 2:00am since our flight was delayed and Tommy was working that evening. He was very patient, informative and diligent with everything. Our stay was excellent for the one night and the in the early morning we hopped in the bus to Ha Long Bay again a great recommendation from Tommy. Happy customer from Florida USA.

Hotel is in a great location in the Old Quarter but away from the busyness, so it is quiet. The room was quite cozy but very comfortable. Best hotel breakfast we had throughout our trip in Vietnam - there were both made to order options and buffet style options. We had an early morning flight and so when we checked out, the staff ensured we had a packed breakfast to take with us.

One of the newest hotels in the old part of town. Location is fairly close to most desired spots once you learn your way around the smaller streets. Excellent service. Loud music on south side of hotel may bother some, I liked it.

The reception went out of their way to make my stay very comfortable. The breakfast buffett was outstanding especially the beef pho, made to order eggs and omelets; fresh fruit. My room was very clean, spacious, bathroom very nice. Be careful that the water can get very hot
Construction near hotel( sounded like in hotel) early made it hard to sleep in. I recommend this hotel for great old quarter location, exceptional staff, they even got me hair conditionet, there is no bar soap in bathroom common in Vietnam.
The staffs are really helpful. Good location close to the lake but won’t be too noisy at night.

Great value accommodation in the old quarter. Basic but well appointed rooms. Breakfast was plentiful even if a bit westernised. Omelettes lovely, eggs benedict missing a trick. Apparently I was told there was a basic gym, but it is not on the website so I did not pack any exercise clothes which was a shame. All in all, a lovely place to stay that ticks all the boxes without breaking the bank.

Good location, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, very clean. A little noisy at the front of the property, but that's to be expected anywhere in the old town of Hanoi.

We booked this hotel for 1 night to go on Sa Pa tour early morning the next day. Upon entering the building the whole staff was super welcoming and friendly. Tommy checked us in and asked us about what plans we had while there and we mentioned Halong bay so he took the time to go over some tour options with us and we ended up booking a Halong bay tour with him. He was super helpful with tips and really friendly that we ended up booking 2 more nights there after returning from Sa Pa. On the morning we left for Sa Pa around 6:30am the staff was so kind to pack us a lunch bag for the road trip, we thought that was so sweet. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy and is in a great location, walking distance to most places. Would highly recommend.
사파 하노이 여행중 마지막 하루 하노이 일정을 이곳에서 머물게 되었습니다. 리셉셔니스트는 매우 친절하고 다정했으며, 듣기로는 최근 이곳이 리뉴얼(이사)을 하였다고 하더군요.
낡은 건물이었다는 후기와는 다르게 새 건물이어서 인테리어나 시설물은 매우 깨끗했습니다! 올드타운안에 있어서 여기저기 가기에 접근성도 뛰어납니다. 만약 다시 하노이에 가게 된다하더라도 또 묵고 싶을만큼 가성비가 훌륭했습니다.
가장 훌륭했던 점은, 체크인 이후에도 1층 화장실에서 무료로 샤워가 가능했다는 점!! 저가 항공사를 이용하시는 분들은 체크인 이후 새벽 비행기까지 땀내 나는 몸을 이끌고 다니기가 쉽지 않으실텐데.. 짐 맡겨 놓았다 공항가기전 들러서 샤워하고 편안한옷 갈아입고 공항가면 여행의 질이 달라집니다. ㅎㅎ
특히 호텔에서 공항까지 픽업 차량을 아주 합리적인 가격에 (350만동쯤) 이용할 수 있어서 굉장히 좋았습니다. 그랩 택시와 별 차이도 안나고.. 공항에서 하노이 들어올때 그랩택시 사기를 당했을 뻔 한 저로써는 이천원 더내고 이런 호사를 누려도 되나? 싶을 정도로 좋았답니다 ㅎㅎ
만약, 호캉스가 아니고 하노이 시내를 많이 돌아다니신다거나, 사파로 이동할 예정등 호텔에 오래 머물 예정이 아니라면 꼭 추천 드리고 싶네요 ㅎㅎ

Comfortable place.
It's located in a convenient area. There are cafés in walking distance. The Cathedral relatively closeby is a nice spot with lots of eateries around it.
There is a school right opposite the hotel, please keep it in mind.
The room beds are comfortable and bathroom is decently sized.
The hotel staff is very helpful n informative, we were given all the right suggestions.
It is a value for money hotel and I recommend it.
