5.0 "Great stay"
Location is great, street is a bit loud (constant honking) but not really their fault. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shower is nice, waters and coffee every day, bed and pillows comfortable. No complaints!
We booked this hotel because all the reviews were so good.However, definitely it not how its they advertised saying that,the staff are super nice.
Our room was on main street and was really noisy.

Nice location in the middle of old town. Clean room with fascinating view to the street.

I am not even sure how this hotel is on Expedia as 3 star. Horrible, dark room with dirty towels, bed sheets and no sense of guest experience.
I wouldn't recommend this hostel to any travelers in Hanoi. Please do not go on pictures as they are edited and dont show the true condition of the rooms.
Breakfast was not even worth giving a try as the breakfast table was tucked in underneath a staircase. Room was left opened after cleaner did his/her role and left my belonging up for grab for anyone, fortunately nothing was missing.
Stay clear from this hotel, was a terrible experience i had.
The room was very small , 6 flights stairs up and had bars on the windows. Had there been a fire I’m sure we would have been toast. The location was good, it was clean and the staff were lovely. However couldn’t get the shower to work and when trying kept getting electric shocks. Had to go to another room to shower

Hôtel ne payant pas de mine dans le vieux quartier. Chambres très convenables. Personne de l'accueil très aimable et parlant anglais. J'y suis resté une nuit, ai laissé les bagages et suis revenu ensuite. Pas de souci

The room was much smaller than the photos make it appear and felt quite dark. The bathroom was disappointing, the shower door was broken and there was no hot water on the second night. The staff were courteous and helpful but our experience didn’t match up with the previous reviews we had read but overall it was fine for the money we paid.

The room is compact but really nice, well-maintained and has everything we might need.
The staffs are friendly and supportive.
To be honest the product & service is better than what I expected with the price I had to pay. I would highly recommend this place to individual travelers who seek for a simplified & cost-effective stay in the Old Quarter

5.0 "A comfortable hotel to understand the city of Hano"
Hanoi was a hot city. I felt that I could hear the noise of a busy city from the room, but I wasn't bothered when I thought it was such a city. The hotel was anxious in a long, densely located building, but realized it was normal for the city. One of the reasons is that there is no elevator. The staff was fluent in English and saved. In addition, explanation at the time of check-in was polite and good. Although it was far from the airport, it was also nice to be able to ask for transfers for a fee. The breakfast was made from the menu. It was simple and delicious.
I don’t know why others give such good reviews for this place. Staff are cool but the place is pretty shabby. There are better available for the same price

Centrally located, I found my stay at La Vision affordable and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I would stay there again any time I visit Hanoi. The only frustration I had was with the slow Internet connection sometimes, but there are no shortage of free Wifi spots in the area so it wasn't a big deal.

The hotel staff were particularly exceptional at this hotel. After we had checked out and gone to Ha along for a night, they offered to hold our bags whilst we were back in Hanoi for a few hours later in our trip. They even booked Ubers for us on this day.
A great little hotel right in the old town with restaurants, beer corner, street food stalls and shopping right outside the door.

Vi skulle havet indtjekket på hotellet d. 02/04 kl. 01.35 am, men hotellet havde lukket da vi nåede frem (og ingen svarede på telefonen) blev vi nødtsaget til at prøve at finde et nyt hotel midt om natten. Alt dette skete selvom vi havde kontaktet hotellet og sagt hvornår vi kom og de svarede at de havde noteret det og at det var i orden. Derudover havde vi faktisk også arrangeret med hotellet at de skulle hente os i lufthavnen, men da vi landede var der ingen at finde fra hotellet. Så alt i alt en meget træls oplevelse, som hotellet grinede af og forsvarede med at det var en kollega der havde glemt og fortælle det videre (selvom vi havde kontaktet den eneste e-mail de opgav).
Located in the heart of Old Quarter this is a great (but busy) location. We had a wonderful stay and found hotel staff to be more than helpful. Jack went above and beyond for us before, during and even after our stay. Excellent communication (in person and email). He even got us breakfast to go when our bus was picking us up before breakfast started and called the bus company for us when they didn't show up. We will be staying here again when we return to Hanoi.
Vi blev ombokade till ett annat hotell en natt, dom sa det var sjukdom, men det var gratis taxi till ett annat hotell, annars är vi nöjda med rummet, helt godkänd frukost.
wi-fi fikade helt perfekt.

Good, central location.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. They were helpful and kind. The service they provided was excellent and they made our stay a good experience.
The hotel itself has seen better days. The interior looks old and shabby compared to the photographs on the website. I would not rate it three stars as listed.
There is no lift, but the staff carried our suitcases to our room.
This was a inexpensive hotel, it was reasonably clean and no frills.
Hotel sehr zentral gelegen, toller Service durch die Mitarbeiter... gerne wieder, da super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Très bon accueil mais la chambre ne correspond pas à la photo : plus petite, sombre, une fenêtre qui donne sur un mur à moins de 2 mètres ; je m'y suis sentie un peu oppressée. Pas de parties communes où on puisse se poser
