AMAZING SERVICE! I have traveled so much (business, family or with my wife only), and I have never had such amazing service. The hotel is excellent, the restaurant delicious, the spa wonderful, the private tours perfect... but the staff! Simply out of words to describe their level of service.

Fantastic hotel with unbelievable staff. Beautiful boutique decorated hotel with great touches all over the place and staff that goes way beyond needed to make you feel comfortable. We always travel in 5 star hotels but I would take La Siesta any day before 5 star hotel. Seriously unbelievable stay. We tried the food, the bar, the spa and everything was an incredible experience. Really recommend this hotel.

Hotel location is good and in the Old Quarter. Room ceiling is a bit low and size is a bit too small, but extremely clean. Employees are extra friendly, speaks good English and are eager to please.

The La Siesta brand is doing things right! What makes this brand stand out from others is the wonderful staff. In particular, Alex was exceptional at check in and throughout my stay. Katy in the restaurant was also very helpful. The staff are genuinely interested in you and you day, and are available for whatever you may need. I would not hesitate to recommend any of the La Siesta hotels in Hanoi for your stay.

Location was an issue for me because I am a business traveller. Traffic was bad around the area. But if you are tourist it should be fine. I didn’t really like the Low ceiling on the main wing and the design was way too trendy for me.

Really great hotel. Rooms are stylishly decorated and have everything you need. The service is amazing, staff remembered where we were going and asked about our days. The local area is good and within walking distance of most places you would need to get to. The only down fall was when we stayed on a lower floor could hear the beeping/traffic from quite early. This can’t really be helped. Overall highly recommend!

Loved the hotel - very cozy and nicely designed, made us feel very welcome. Hotel staff very friendly. No complaints about the room. Just a tip on the rooms: the Trendy Deluxe room IS exactly like the Cozy Deluxe room except for a small window - which really didnt make a difference to us because there was no view. It lets in light early in the morning as the blinds do not block off the light. On hindsight, we should have saved some money and booked the Cozy Deluxe room instead.
Good location close to many interesting tourist visiting spots. Took a very short time to check us in. Provided us refreshments while we were waiting to get registered. Fast checking hotel. Gave us a map and went over places of interest to go to without asking. This helped us a lot to organize the little time we had and see a lot for the short time we were in Hanoi.

I could go on and on about this place. The service was amazing, helpful staff, clean and stylish rooms, the breakfast was everything; so much to drink, and eat. Good location- close to night life, hoan kiem lake, restaurants, and spas. Did I already mention the staff is amazing? They packed us a to-go breakfast when they found out our flight was leaving early the next morning, I totally recommend Hanoi La Siesta Hotel Trendy, and will always stay here whenever I visit Hanoi.
Room was clean. Very convenient location. Right at the edge of the old quarter to avoid the crowds but yet it's less than 10 mins walk. We were offered late check out for free by the guest relation staff which was fantastic as our flight was in the evening. Staff was very nice, polite and attentive.

Stayed at La Siesta Trendy twice in Aug’18 - 3 nights and 5 nights. Red Bean Restaurant consistently put out excellent food - presentation A1, cooked perfectly. Service faultless, rooms clean and spacious....would definitely come back when next in Hanoi.

The staff are ever attentive to your needs and can’t fault the food in their restaurant where the food is perfectly cooked, imaginatively presented and served to your table promptly. I am one of the biggest fans of EHG in Hanoi especially the La Siesta Trendy Hotel. The attention to details, the amazing customer service, the convenient location, the unique room and great food at Red Bean. I travel to Hanoi regularly for work and having a hotel who knows me really well make a huge difference, I don't need to worry about ordering food because every single staff know my dietary restrictions, or asking for a particular type of room because even my travel staff booked me on "whatever" room, the hotel staffs always know exactly my preferred room and go the extra miles to make it happen. Thank you La Siesta Hotel!!
A beautiful hotel in a prime location and delicious breakfast. This hotel is very fashionable as it’s name suggest but what sets it apart from the usual is the exceptional service. The staff aren’t arrogant like at some hotels, they are super friendly and helpful. Loved the place and would go back in a heartbeat!

We arrived for a one night stay and found the staff to very extremely attentive and thoughtful! They arranged our car to Halong Bay the next day and as we were staying at another hotel for one night after our cruise they arranged for our baggage to go to the next hotel! Saved us taking everything!!
I had become sick during my Vietnam trip and the man on reception was very kind and helpful to me!
Rooms were immaculate, we had connecting rooms as we are a family of 4! Breakfast was delicious with lots of options!
Hotel is a great location in old quarter good walking distance to restaurants!
Highly recommend, would of loved to stay longer!

We checked in earlier and the hotel personnel gave us a nice complimentary drink and fresh fruits and make sure we were comfortable until the room was vacated and cleaned. A small issue with the ventilation system was dealt with immediatly by Alex. Even if we purchased the most economical room. it was very comfortable with all the upscale linens as you would expect in a luxury hotel.
The buffet breakfast supplemented by a la carte items was excellent and the restaurant personnel were very helpful.
I booked this holiday 12 hours before my flight and booked the hotel while mid air, I had no preparation and no idea what I was getting into. It was just time to get out of town. When I was in Korea for my layover I received and email from the reception checking In to make sure I had directions and to arrange a car to bring me to the property. They booked and confirmed within minutes. Upon arrival there was someone waiting for me with my name on a board, safe and fast to the hotel, my friends I met on the flight waited an additional 15minutes for a taxi at this hour and got lost. I was delivered promptly and for a very reasonable price. I was greeted a d shown to my room, it was perfect, hip and fun but clean and comfortable. Great views. After a short rest I headed to the concierge to see what I could get Intolast minute. The employees just.ped right on it and started calling to see what of the top activities I could still get booked so last minute, they all took special care remember I was solo and find things I was interested in. Make sure to do street food tours AN ABSOLUTE MUST! Also hop on a scooter and take your brave side with you. Breakfast great, dinner in room when was too tired was great! Employees were awesome and real. Cannot wait to get back
I have been staying from 27Jun - 30 Jun during my trip to Hanoi. The hotel room 303 I stayed with my mom is very small and the shower of the room is not good and the bathroom shower heater is having problem to heat up immediately.
The first night I stayed is terrible as the room is non sound insulated and people staying next rooms closing the doors made me awake and couldn't sleep for my first night.
Fortunately, I was provided with free upgrade during my last day of hotel staying to room 715 which is much bigger. The hot water system is very efficient but the split unit aircon is not really in good condition so I adjusted to coolest in order to feel the comfort but it's also noisy.
When I checked out that time where I was charged to pay for extra charge taking those complimentary items when reported my stay at room 303 though I never. I told the hotel operator and they never ask me to pay.
I hope this can be improved. Most importantly the facilities of hotel to be maintained and sound insulation.
In the peripheral of the old quarter, within 5-10 minutes by walk to the centre of the city, very convenient. be careful of the room direction, could be a bit noisy if it is next to the railway. Breakfast is good with enough choices for veitnamese, asian and western food. Room is clean with everything you need. One thing need to improve is the flow of shower water, would be good if it is stronger.

The room was really spacious and modern, I especially love the huge balcony! Also, the beds are super comfy.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The service was all up to the extreme standards of a 5 stars experience.
I'd definitely recommend all my friends & family if they visit Hanoi. 5 star experience and great location!

Lovely hotel in a great location in the old quarter. Staff were very attentive, helpful and efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Our room was fairly small but had a huge comfortable bed and fab air conditioning. There was a separate shower room with a powerful ‘rain’ shower and toiletries provided.
The Red Bean restaurant served very tasty food.
We used the airport pick up service that the hotel offered to and from the airport and everything went to plan.
This is a very well kept hotel, quite new in a central location. What stands out is that you can get bargain prices (considering the quality of the stay), the staff is unbeatable, absolutely great people and all the services they offer are very very reasonably priced (think laundry, minibar, food). The spa is phenomenal, not supercheap, but well worth its (moderate) cost. Taking all factors into consideration, we have never been more impressed by a hotel.
