직원분들 모두 하나같이 다들 너무너무 친절하고 좋았어요 한국어 하시는 직원분 덕분에 궁금한 점도 편하게 질문할 수 잇었구요 위치도 주변에 기찻길 바로 옆에 있고 맛집도 바로 근처에 있어서 여행다니기 편했어요 체크아웃하고 비행기 시간까지 시간이 남아서 마사지도 받았는데 해피아워시간을 이용해 가격도 저렴하고 서비스도 정말 좋앗어요 수영장이 없어서 조금 아쉬웠지만 너무 만족스러운 선택이었어요

Extraordinary service and beautiful facilities. Food in the Red Bean restaurant was excellent especially nice Street Food lunch buffet and love the wood paneled intimate cool bar downstairs at the La Siesta Hotel Trendy. We stayed in the larger suite room this time and definitely worth it. Much larger, airy and spacious with a balcony. Our second stay at La Siesta hotels in Hanoi and we could not recommend them more. So clean, so authentic and the absolute best service.
The hotel is very centrally located close to the train street of Hanoi in the old quarter and the staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. We would definitely go back if in Hanoi again!

What puts this hotel way above the others is the staff attitude. I have been travelling 40 years and never come across this level of genuine staff interest (ie not fawning or unctuous). Without going into detail, this will become apparent to you quickly !!!! Obviously there are physical limitations in any hotel determined by the room size, the building layout, the building itself etc; but all these minor "not the brand new expensive Ritz" points are easily over-shadowed by the staff attitude. I can't speak for the other 5 "branches" in this hotel chain, but the TRENDY is awesome in this regard. The breakfast is excellent. The tours offered by the hotel may initially seem "expensive", but they are not. No nasty cheapo surprises!! Example.The Halong Bay day trip is on the fast road (2 hrs not 4), in a limo-seat aircond mini-coach, the boat is aircond and the best in the bay, the swimming was great, the tucker on board great. Just top of the line the whole way. Pay the $107, not a $60 cheapie... believe me. Also, take the airport return transfer offered by the hotel. Well worth the money for no angst at the airport. As a parting gift (separate, after the bill was settled), as we stayed 7 days, they gave me USA $17 cash back in an envelope... a gift refund of the transfer back to airport !!! Finally, if English-spoken is important to you (not to me, but i mention), then this hotel has a high level of proficiency. First class A1 service the whole way, Trendy !!!

Modern architecture with pretty French balconies. The hotel is very cozy and clean too. Unfortunately the night we stayed, the air conditioner was down. The staff handled well by providing us a standing fan while they fix the aircon.

위치도 좋아요 할레이네일, 분보남보, 미도스파 등등
웬만한 곳은 도보로 이용 가능해요
수영장 없는 거 알고 갔는데 수영 안하니까 허전하긴 허전하더라구요 수영장만 있었으면 100점일텐데 아쉬웠어요
아 그리고 직원들 친절도랑 조식은 최고였어요!!

I don't have enough good words to share regarding this hotel. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! One person especially - Ahn Dang went wayyyy out of his way to help me. He even personally responded to my late night inquiries regarding where to eat and how to have laundry services arranged. He was simply amazing and a very nice guy.
I also ate at their restaurant a few times and I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty and presentable the food was. Tiep was the one who assisted me where and made sure the food was to my satisfaction and that it was prepared vegetarian for me. I really appreciated that.
My room was also upgraded for free and wow. It was super nice. Everything was beautiful and spacious and I could not have been happier.
I hope to return to the hotel someday in the future! Thanks to everyone!

This hotel is incredible! From the moment we arrived, to the second we left, we were treated like royalty. The service is outstanding, rooms spacious, food delicious and the location was perfect. Our waitress Lucy was particularly lovely, as was Kaylee who looked after us and went above and beyond throughout our trip! They exceeded our expectations on several occasions, going the extra mile and providing us with a very memorable holiday.

Fabulous hotel. Staff was so accommodating and beyond friendly. By the end of day one everyone on staff knew our names, what we preferred to eat and drink, etc. Private tours booked through the hotel with English speaking wonderful guides were terrific. Overall it was so serendipitous that we stumbled across this terrific hotel. Absolutely would recommend staying there.

Excellent service. The staff went out of their way to please from check in to check out and everything in between! The manager Khanh Le was especially attentive and ensured that our stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the room very well laid out. Perfect location in the Old Quarter with good eateries nearby. The hotel itself is fairly new and very well maintained.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel is located conveniently within the Old Quarter, with eating spots, convenience stores and cafes within walking distance.
The check-in process was smooth and enjoyable, with welcome drinks. We received good service almost every day, though not perfect. The reception staff are quite friendly and obliging on most days. They also followed up within the first 2 days to give us the VIP benefits they forgot to give us during check-in. We made a special request on our last night's stay, which the hotel also helped us fulfil smoothly.
Room was clean with a comfy bed but walls are thin! Housekeeping was usually prompt, but less thorough on our last day.
The daily breakfast buffet included with the room was tasty, and the Red Bean restaurant staff were very polite and attentive. We ordered room service once, and the food from the same restaurant was good and decently priced. It was a pity that they didn't bring us an extra table/ bed table, and we had to manage with eating at the desk with one chair.
The laundry service was fast, although we are unsure if a pair of wool trousers we requested for dry-cleaning was washed instead because the fabric texture has changed.
The pick-up service to and fro the airport was well-arranged by the hotel. Our ride to the hotel was a good experience, but the driver sending us to the airport drove a little too fast and recklessly (we nearly ran into some road works along the highway).
You can tell they put a lot of heart into the design of the interior and exterior of the building.

Highly recommend this property! Very thoughtful staff who will go out of the way to ensure an enjoyable stay in Vietnam. Everyone was always so eager to assist in everything and always ensured we left the hotel with water bottles since the weather was unbearably hot!
Special mention to Khanh Le who gave us a great welcome, shared with us his personal compilation of food to eat in Vietnam when he found out we were foodies, and even went out of his way to arrange for some street food delivery for us beyond his working hours. The staff all took pride to remember our likes/ preferences and made it a very personable experience for my partner and I throughout the entire hotel stay.
We are very touched by everyone’s hospitality and cannot wait to visit Hanoi again.

Extremely welcoming hotel, rest assured the staffs will try their best to solve the issue for you. Speaks good English and really going the extra miles for you to make sure your stay with them is a pleasant one.
One of the staff even add me in her own contact to make sure I manage to reach the tour meeting point. She took initiative to call the tour service line for me and to suggest alternative as I booked the wrong date. Great staffs! Great hotel!

Very pleased and impressed with the service provided by hotel staff. Particularly Khanh Le. He consolidated a list of recommended eateries and sent it to us, which was really useful as first time visitors to Hanoi. He even went the extra mile to help me get a birthday cake and beautiful flowers, meant as a surprise for my wife!
It was raining heavily upon checking out and the staff were initiative and helpful in getting us a taxi to the airport. One of my best hotel experience ever! Location is great as well. Thumbs up!
We stayed at La Siesta Trendy for a total of 3 nights and had an excellent time. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a mocktail and some fruits. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was great as it‘s within walking distance to the city centre. Our room was very cute, clean and well designed. We were upgraded to a bigger room on our last night however we would also be just happy with the smaller room.
The only small issue that we had was that we were only given 1 room key, so we couldn‘t leave the airconditioner on during the day and it was very hot everytime we came back to our room. However, we can see why they did it to save energy.
Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would definitely be back. Highly recommended.

This nicely designed boutique hotel is conveniently located in Hanoi old town. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the rooms are spacious and clean with great decor. Special shoutout for the excellent hospitality provided by Front Office - Mia Le and Restaurant Manager, Eric, who went above and beyond to look after us and made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Had an amazing time in Hanoi. It was great staying a bit out of the main street as it might become a bit of a noise issue. Staff are so helpful and amazing. The food was great.

The hotel is superb. The rooms have all amenities and are very clean. They have a nice ambiance and our room was very quiet. The restaurant serves fresh and high quality breakfast and lunch. We made full use of the bar (Den). They have good cocktails and snacks.
The staff are wonderful. Helpful, friendly - nothing is too much effort. They organised a very reasonably priced tour at quite short notice.
We really cannot recommend this hotel enough

My husband and I only stayed at La Siesta for one night but absolutely loved it!! The service was outstanding, with Trung even Whatsapping me suggestions for things to do in Hoi An after leaving the hotel. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. My only criticism is hotel construction started a bit too early in the morning, but it wasn’t bad.
Definitely would recommend to stay here!!

Fantastic services, guest rooms, and restaurant at a great price in a tourism-friendly neighborhood. Front desk staff took care of everything we asked of them, including accommodating early check in and late check out. I will 100% recommend and return on my next Hanoi visit.

Hotel was great, service fab, I was a little annoyed that "Earl Grey tea" was not considered included in my pre-paid breakfast, never before I have experienced what I consider to be a petty charge being applied to my bill on check-out, I would expect a full range of teas to be included in breakfast.
