Never used the spa seemed to expensive, and the daily trips they have not really value for money, to expensive to what they offer.
Overall amazing experience
Excellent service from all the hotel staff. Special mention to Anh Dang who gave us information around Old Quarters and made sure we had a good time in Hanoi.

We had a really nice time staying in this hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to help you and make sure you are well taken care of. The breakfast was amazing! The lunch buffet has an amp choice of dishes and even a la carte, as the breakfast. We were very happy with the staff, facilities, and the food. The surrounding area is a little dirty but the hotel is great!

직원들의 서비스가 굉장히 인상깊어요.
너무 친절하고 위치도 적절히 시내중심에 있어서 좋았는데
가족끼리 여행이라 12시전에 항상 취침을 했는데
문이 얇은건지 뭔지 방음이 너무 안되서 밖에서 사람들끼리 조용히 얘기하시는것도 다 들리더라구요.
방문제인줄 알았는데 방바꿔도 똑같았어요. 문이 문제에요.

조식이 맛있었고 직원분들의 친절함이 매우 뛰어났습니다. 구시가지 중심가 부근에 위치해 있어서 근처 유명 관광지를 걸어서 이동하거나 짧게 그랩을 이용할 수 있었습니다. 다만 창문이 있는 방인데도 뷰가 좀 아쉬웠고, 벽에 설치된 조명에서 전기 소리? 징- 하는 소리가 거슬렸으나 체크아웃 이틀전부터 들리던거라 따로 조취를 요청하지 않았습니다.

This cozy and trendy boutique hotel stands out for its excellent customer service. The staff, from the front desk, attendants, servers to the spa representatives, made the experience memorable. On Friday nights they have live acoustic artists in their bar lounge with amazing drinks from knowledgeable bartenders. The food was great and the hotel is situated right next to a cute cafe. It’s also within walking distance of all the shops, busy streets, and restaurants. Everything about this hotel is charming. It’s one of the smaller properties of La Siesta hotels, yet it made an impact and I would stay there again the next time I visit Hanoi. Wonderful first time stay!

Some of the friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered have been at this hotel. This was my second time at this property, and I always feel welcome. While it’s a bit farther away from where I need to be, it’s in a good location which allows for some sightseeing and wandering after work. I greatly enjoyed my stay, and hope to be back when I can relax and enjoy it!

Went on a tour. Paid extra for a private tour becuase we were told the we can stop the guide anywhere for whatever we wanted to do. When we started I merely wanted a Diet Coke which are sold just about everywhere. He would not stop for an hour till we reached the tourist trap rest stop where cokes are sold for three times the market. Then the guide went and hid so we would shop. HELL NO!

We stayed at about five different hotels in Vietnam and this was the best for the standard. Clean, modern and best of all, amazing service.
Our stay at La Siesta Trendy (there are 6 La Siesta in Hanoi, each with their own personality) was absolutely wonderful. Check in was a personalized experience, and made a strong positive first impression of the hotel, and also of Hanoi. Welcome drinks and an overview of the area, with an easy to read map meant we were immediately ready to take the city on
Staff - impeccable. They'll enquire about your trip and plans, and personalize the experience accordingly. They have a real team spirit and love for what they do. Even though we were checked out, we were able to have a shower late the afternoon after a long day of walking around Hanoi, prior to our overnight train trip to Sapa. The best - they had prepared a little bag of snacks and water for our trip, and presented this upon departure. Love the extra mile they took
Facilities - well looked after hotel with quite a trendy vide. Only advice, the shower water was too cool for my taste. I'd prefer to have the option of a hot shower, even after a hot humid day, and then cool off
The location - A street down from train street, there are lots of opportunities to have a drink or snack while waiting for the train to pass. Walking from the hotel towards the lake, which is about 20 to 30 minutes walk / stroll, has loads of street food stalls, serving a variety of classic Vietnamese dishes. Its also nice to be further from the madness of Beer Corner - better to go there for drinks, and be able to escape back to the cosy hotel
완벽한 서비스에 감동했습니다. 현지인과의 의사소통으로 큰 어려움을 겪고있을때 RENA의 도움으로 어려움을 극복할수있었습니다. 창문이 없는 방이였지만 건조하거나 답답함을 느끼지 못했으며 직원들은 친절함으로 고객을 대합니다. 모두가 먼저 인사하며 기분이 어떤지 묻습니다. 무거운것을 들고 호텔에 있던 적이 없을정도로 서비스가 완벽합니다. 룸업그레이드, 주변관광지 안내, 식당 소개등 그들은 고객의 모든질문에 대답할수있을정도로 준비성 또한 철저합니다.

The staff were all friendly and provided an excellent service, the food was very good and rooms were clean and comfortable.
The location was very good and the Old Quarter is the place to be! Assistance with any issues was always sorted out quickly and the downstairs barman was very good with cocktails.
Fully recommended to all tourists.
The front desk staff and our reception lady were all first class performers.

The staffs were friendly and made my stay really comfortable. They were really sweet and packed us breakfast. They have a large selection of breakfast choices.
The room was a little small but overall I would stay at this place if I am back in Hanoi.

Excellent service with very attentive staff who care to speak to you and asked about your trip itinerary and see if they can help or recommend. Their breakfast was also amazing with rather wide range of food including local Vietnamese. My birthday happened to fall on one of the days while I stayed there and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and sang birthday song at my door. Very memorable trip and this is a epitome of how hospitality should be.
All staffs are very kind . We stayed three nights and four days. They gave us good information for hanoi trip. And also I am sure La spa is the best massage shop in Hanoi.

Lovely cute hotel with very attentive and friendly service (some might feel it is over-attentive). Nevertheless, they would do anything to help you and provided us with a really helpful check-in process. Fabulous breakfast and lunch buffet with a top floor restaurant with the best views. All in all, an excellent experience.

This property was fantastic. We were in Hanoi whilst there was a tropical storm and they were very helpful and accommodating when our Ha Long Bay tour was rearranged due to the weather. We honestly can’t speak highly enough of this hotel and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who obviously wanted to engage in conversation with us and wanted us to have the best time possible in Hanoi. Absolutely would recommend!

후기에서 봤던 것처럼 직원들이 정망 친절해요 모든 직원분들께서 다들 정말 친절하세요 특히 한국말 하시는 직원분이 계셔서 이용하기 편하실 거예요 호텔 바로 앞 기찻길이 있어 관광하러 오신 분들은 관광하기 좋을거예요 주변에 맛집도 많아 도보로 웬만한 곳은 다 이동가능해요 호텔 옆 스파도 운이 좋게 예약하지 않았지만 이용 가능햇는데 정말 만족스러웠어요 정확한 시간은 기억나지 않지만 오전 해피아워 시간에는 30% 할인된 가격으로 이용할 수 있었는데 숙박하지 않는 분들께서도 멀리서 찾아와서 받는 이유를 알겠더라구요 수영장이 없는 것 빼고는 모든 면에서 다 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다

너무 좋았습니다. 한국에서 부모님이 오셔서 같이 3박 4일동안 머물렀는데 직원분들도 너무 친절하시고 무었보다 조식이 너무 맛있었습니다. 태풍이 와서 내내 비가 와서 관광을 제대로는 못했지만 호텔에서의 시간이 너무 편하고 만족스러워서 하노이 여행이 좋은 기억으로 남네요.

The staff at this hotel was extremely kind and helpful.
Great service (shout out to Linh at Guest Relations!), design, location and food (especially breakfast).
The team is super helpful and professional. They have access to lots of local activities and guides (ask for Jackie if you're doing a street food tour or Ninh Binh daytrip).

This hotel has amazing staff who really do help you make the most of your time in Hanoi. Anna was fantastic! From checking in regularly to make sure things were going well to making recommendations on places to go and things to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.
