Hands down the best service we’ve ever received compared to any other hotel we’ve stayed at so far! The staff are incredibly polite and genuinely went out of their way for us. We stayed here for a few nights as part of our honeymoon and they made such as effort and also gave us gifts before we left. Although the rooms felt slightly dated, we saw past this as the service really made up for it. Can’t thank you enough for making our trip special!
가성비 괜찮은 시설입니다. 도보로 주변 볼거리.먹거리와도 가깝고 외부 투어 나가기에도 고속도로 진입이 수월해서 전반적으로 만족한 숙소였습니다. 다음에도 이용하기를 원합니다.

Hanoi E Central was a great place to stay at for my 3 day visit in Vietnam. The staff was so great and friendly. I loved them. They were very accommodating to all needs and were great in helping with directions as well as suggesting some great places to visit. Room was also very clean and the location is great if you want to experience authentic old quarter Vietnam.

호안끼엠 근처라서 맛집도 가깝고 볼거리도 다 근처예요! 남편이랑 결혼 2주년으로 갔는데, 수건과 풍선 꽃으로 예쁘게 꾸며주시고.. 진심으로 친절하게 대해주는 직원들 덕분에 정말 따뜻한 여행 잘했어요. 다음에 하노이 가면 다시 머물것같아요. 정말 강추!

The staff at this property is exceptional. They went above and beyond to help with our trip. Highly recommend staying here. They helped me locate my phone I accidentally left in a cab on the way to the airport to fly out. They even called to ensure I had received it.

The pleasantness of all staff, esp.Ms.Chinh Vu.
At breakfast, the staff forgot totally my order of Sunnyside up.
I was impressed with the ginger tea I ordered n was served. Regretfully, when I reordered the same, day after, I was served with a ginger teabag instead of freshly slice ginger.
Not the most exciting breakfast, but everything else was superb.

This was the perfect choice during my wife’s and my first trip to Hanoi. Firstly, the staff were exceptional and very friendly. They provided a map with recommendations for nearby restaurants and sights. They helped to call reputable taxis and stored our additional luggage when we left to visit other areas of Vietnam. The hotel was very quiet, clean and felt safe, plus the rate gave us a great value. It is in a great location. I will be staying here again when I return to Hanoi.
The property is lovely. Very nice location if you want to walk around. The staff are very welcoming and ready to help with anything you need. Breakfast was delicious and the room had everything we needed

I stayed just one night with my friend and we are very satisfied with the hospitality we have received. I’d like to highlight that the staff, Ms Chinh, was extremely helpful to arrange our taxis even for a short notice. I highly recommend this hotel :)

Deras service var fantastisk!! Vi kände oss otroligt välkomna och omhändertagna från första sekunden. Vi hade tänkt ordna med inrikesflyg, en utflykt och hotell i en annan stad, och räknade med att det skulle ta sin rundliga tid, men de ordnade allt detta på nolltid, plus lite övriga transporter. Den som framför allt tog hand om oss hette Chinh'. Hon var otroligt proffsig, samtidigt som hon var personlig och fantastiskt vänlig. Hon kontaktade oss till och med när vi bodde på det andra hotellet i mellersta Vietnam, bara för att höra att allt var okej. Plus att hon checkade in oss på flighten tillbaka till Hanoi. Hon gav oss också många användbara tips på vad man borde se och göra. Men hela personalen var fantastisk. Alla gjorde allt för en. Dessutom hade de en kanonfrukost, och vi åt även gott på deras restaurang. En av oss är rejält allergisk, men man kände sig trygg med deras svar på vad saker och ting innehöll. Och det visade sig också funka. Hotellet låg i Gamla stan, ett kanonläge. En bra utgångspunkt för allt vi ville göra. Det var inget stort och lyxigt hotell, men det var mycket personligt. Om vi kommer tillbaka till Hanoi kommer vi självklart att bo på detta hotell! P.S. Wifi och AC funkade utan problem.
Check in was excellent. Staff were so attentive and helpful, you even received some fresh fruit and a fruit drink on arrival. The Panoramic Room was brilliant with a little terrace so you could indulge in the sights and sounds of The Old Quarter. It is the top room in the hotel so you do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs. But the staff will move your bags for you. Staff are more than willing to help you book any activities you wish to do. They provide you with a laptop if you require it. It’s an easy walk to the Lake and loads of little cafes nearby.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was beautiful and elegant and the location was excellent for exploring the old town. Breakfast was great and the room was spacious. Most of all, we received the best hospitality we've ever experienced. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us, including letting us keep our luggage here when on an overnight trip to Ha Long Bay. We stayed here at the beginning of our honeymoon and it was definitely the right choice. We felt sad when we had to leave! Thank you for such a wonderful stay in Hanoi and for making our honeymoon so special.
Fantastic hotel! All of the staff are incredibilly nice, patient, and more than willing to help with you every need. This hotel is located in the perfect spot for walking around the old quarter. The room was very nice.

The staff at e central are absolutely lovely kind and extremely helpful. They are always willing to give directions and help . Nothing is too much !! We ate at the restaurant downstairs and had the local grilled fish as well as a Birthday dinner at their sister hotel down the street that was excellent. On my husbands birthday they decorated our room with balloons give him a cake and sang happy birthday to him. You really feel at home and an honoured guest. We loved our stay here and cannot recommend it enough.
Great location, easy walking distance to tons of attractions. Super attentive staff, we had an early departure (before breakfast), and they had prepared us breakfast boxes for the airport.
