Amazing hospitality and perfect location, couldn’t ask for more!
The fact that the room was clean, lovely and comfortable is all we could have asked for, but every touch, from the welcome drink to the fruit in the room in the room for us, was above and beyond.
We even had to leave early one morning for an excursion, and the staff personally made us a to go breakfast box. We were very happy to have stayed here.

적은 돈으로 융숭한 대우를 받을 수 있는 곳. 도착하면 웰컴 드링크와 과일 내주며 근처 여행지 설명해주는 사이 트렁크는 직원이 방에 가져다 줌. 호안끼엠 호수, 야시장이 도보로 갈수 있는 거리임. 조식은 가짓수가 많진 않지만 먹을 만 했음. 하나 불편했던건 욕실문이 세게 닫지 않으면 자꾸 열린다는거.

The staff have been amazing! They had our rooms ready within a short period of arrival even though we were early. Their driver was at the airport as instructed and within five minutes we were on our way. Excellent service!
They had damp cloths for our faces and fresh juice and fruits for us while we waited. Our rooms were spacious enough and they provied bottled water, and it was so nice to have a kettle for coffee and tea. The included breakfast was probably one of the best we have had any where in our travels around the globe. Bravo!!! E Central!!
I spent 8 wonderful nights at this hotel with my wife and it was amazing. From the moment we arrived and until our departure we were treated like royals by the hotel staff.The staff were polite and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Delicious free breakfast offered and we were informed that as we were staying there for 8 nights if we wanted any other food for breakfast we should inform them night before and they will get it prepared for us at no extra charge. The hotel room was a decent size and the hotel itself is within walking distance to many tourist attractions. I will definately recommend this hotel and anyone thing of staying at E central should just go ahead and book it. By far the best customer service experience recieved from hotel staff and management on my travels
The hotel is very well kept, hipster-style lounge, clean and modern rooms, location is great at the close distance to Hoan Kiem lake. Breakfast is superb and service impeccable. We stayed in for 2 nights before leaving to a motorcycle trip, and booked already 1 nightmore when coming back. Book it, you will love it!

Can't really say enough about this hotel. A quiet Oasis in the chaotic old quarter. Breakfast was fantastic! Service was Fantastic. By far the best hotel I've stayed in in Asia. Great value too!

정말 조식 최고입니다. 쌀국수, 에그베네틱트, 에그 토스트, 그리고 종류별 커피까지 모두 요리해서 나옵니다.
안좋은건 옆 건물이 공사중이라 밖엔 먼지가 많고, 다니기가 좀 불편했습니다.
하지만 근처에 네일샾, 마사지샵 다 가깝고 주변에 왠만한 분짜, 쌀국수, 반미 맛집들 있습니다.

Hotel E Central was my first stop on my Vietnam tour and after a long flight the welcome from the team was amazing. Room was immaculate and the staff were attentive to any of my needs. Most impressive was their invitation to come back to the hotel and grab a shower after my Bai Tu Long Bay cruise. Much needed and appreciated. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a gem. The location is great and the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. But the staff is what really makes this hotel wonderful. The outstanding service started the day before we checked in. I sent an email asking if the staff could help us get tickets to the Water Puppet Show. Shortly thereafter, Nam wrote back confirming that he purchased tickets for us. When we arrived at the hotel the next day, we were treated to a lovely welcome drink. Nam moved our bags up to the room and then offered to take us on a tour of the neighborhood. Later that night the staff recommended that we enjoy dinner at its sister hotel down the block. The food was great and the view even better! Breakfast the following morning was well stocked. My omelet plate was custom designed with a good morning sign. When Mr. Thang discovered that our airplane flight was delayed four hours he did everything he could to make us comfortable. This included inviting us to have a second breakfast and making me a special ginger tea for my upset stomach. I loved the tea so much that Mr. Thang gave me two boxes to take home. Thank you to all the staff at E-Central Hanoi!
부담스러울 정도로 친절합니다. 시간이 지나 생각해보니 타국에 여행온 가족을 챙기는 관심이었습니다. 마음에서 우러나오는 친절함과 미소가 베어있습니다. 저희 숙소는 다소 좁았지만 웰컴 드링크 과일, 손엽서 모든 것이 감사했답니다. 아담한 호텔에서 가족같은 호텔 스탭과의 하노이 여행 적극추천합니다!!!^^

3박4일 동안 이용하였고, 최고의 경험을 하였습니다. 우선 위치가 좋습니다. 하노이 여행의 중심인 호안끼엠 호수와 2분 거리라는 점 덕분에 다양한 명소와 맛집을 가깝게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 베트남의 온도를 생각하면 이게 얼마나 큰 장점이었는지! 가장 만족스러운 부분은 직원들의 친절함입니다. 친절하지 않은 호텔은 잘 없겠지만, 영어와 한국어를 섞어가며 여행 계획에 조언을 해주시고, 마지막날 체크아웃 후에는 짐을 맡아주고, 공항으로 출발하기 전 샤워를 할 수 있도록 지원까지 해주셨네요. 좋은 이야기를 적지 않을 수 없는 호텔입니다. 추천드려요.

관광지에서 멀지않아서 이동하기 편해서 좋았고 조식 너무 맛있었어요 3일내내 챙겨먹었네요 그리고 일단 너무너무 친절하세요 있는내내 친절해서.. 특히 마지막날 새벽비행기라 먼저 가니 공항에서 먹으라고 따로 과일이랑 주셔서 너무 감동이었어요 다음에 또 하노이를가면 이 호텔에 묵으려고요

Thăng is an awesome host, he greeted us when we first arrived and set up our last minute tour for the next day. We felt safe and comfortable at the hotel. Breakfast was great also, great selection and made to order food. When we checked out Thăng and the other workers walked us to the cab and said good bye. We felt loved. My group all agreed, hanoi e central delivered the best services we have ever experienced.
Personnel formidable. Nous avions la suite au dernier etage tres confortable.

An incredibly hospitable hotel with all the charm of Hanoi! The staff here are highly trained and welcoming. Food is fabulous. One of the best breakfast presentations I have seen in a boutique hotel!
Any problem was quickly sorted with graciousness and efficiency!
Well positioned for local eateries, the old quarter, wandering and - of course- a little bit of shopping!
I would highly recommend it!

근무하시 직원들 서비스 및 친절도 최상.
방은 침대2개 짜리 였으며 공간은 넉넉하게 잘수 있었고, 씻는 공간도 충분합니다.
청결도도 상당히 좋으며, 위치 또한 호수 및 성당 근처라 걸어가기 멀지 않습니다..
조식은 종류는 많지 않으나 기본적으로 쌀국수 및 음식 한개 선택할 수 있으며 나머지 디저트는 알아서 먹을 수 있습니다.
또한 한국에서 못들고 오는 물품이 있을경우 마트가 근처라 가서 구입할 수 있으며
전체적으로 만족도가 상당히 높았던 호텔이었습니다.

Har aldrig oplevet så god en service. Har efterhånden boet på mange hoteller rundt omkring i Vietnam, men den her var den bedste. Værelset var godt og godt indrettet. Morgenmaden var den bedste jeg har oplevet i Vietnam. De planlagde en pakkerejse for os, og det hele gik som smurt.
Men det bedste bar personalet spm altid var venligt og imødekommende.

Good location. Staff friendly and they gave good service. Breakfast good enough, I like street food but good to get something in stomach before you hit the streets. Close enough to sights and restaurants aresa, without being right in the middle. Easy access to main road for transport to airport and out of city.

Booked this hotel for my parents after reading all the reviews. They said the it's a very nice hotel to stay in, staff very helpful and attentive. Clean, breakfast is good. Would stay here again - highly recommended :)
EXCELLENT service and great hotel. I feel as if we became friends with the staff and I hope to see them again. The hotel and the location were also fantastic!

숙소가 조용해서 편안하게 잠들 수 있었고 청소도 깨끗하게 해주셔서 좋았습니다.
가장 걱정했던 벌레도 없었고요~ 위치가 호안끼엠 근처라서 주변 관광하기에 좋았습니다.
그리고 조식이 너무 맛있어요~
직원분들이 너무 친절하시고 서비스가 좋아서 편안하게 즐기다 올 수 있었습니다.

The location was perfect for the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter, just a short stroll to the lake. The hotel was beautiful and the staff so accommodating - I have never been treated so well at a hotel before. The breakfast was delicious and included in the very reasonable price.

5.0 "The best customer service I have ever had"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanoi E Central. The thing that stood out the about our stay here was the level of customer service. It was easily the best we have ever experienced.
Before we arrived we were contacted through WhatsApp(since we do not get travel cell phone plans), they greeted us and inquired about our arrival time and offered to provide us with transportation. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the staff and provided with some fresh fruit and welcome beverages.
During our stay in Hanoi we has several questions for the front desk staff. They had strong English proficiency, were very knowledgeable, and eager to help. If there was anything they did not know they wrote it down, researched it, and then provided you with the information next time they saw you, or sent the information to you throught WhatsApp.
The hotel is well located, clean, and classy. The on site restaurant was small, but had very good breakfasts. They had a small buffet spread, but they would make eggs Benedict, omlets, pho, and others to order.
Everything about our stay was enjoyable, the customer service most of all. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Hanoi.
Great location, great hotel, great staff! What’s not to like?

This hotel is special! We were treated with so much respect and care. The staff is wonderful and they go the extra mile to help you in everything in your trip and you can feel that they do it from the heart. The hotel is a beautiful building in the heart of the Old Quarter, so the location is great. The room that we got was very charming and it was a very big size, and the decor was spot on (a little traditional Vietnamese with the new). We stayed for 2 nights in a different hotel and then we moved (we were not feeling that great in the other one) and "Wow" from the moment you get in you will love it. Just pick this hotel (thank me later). 5 Stars in every way!
너무 좋았어요 밤되면 주변이 조용해서 잠도 잘 잤구요 특히나 직원들이 너무 친절해서 다시 오고싶다란 생각이 들었어요 새벽비행기라고 저녁에 배고플테니 음료랑 빵이랑 과일을 먼저 챙겨주시더라구요! 그리고 late check out 을 먼저 물어봐주시면서 합리적인 가격으로 제시해주셔서 너무 좋았어요!
