Our first room was tiny, we could barely move. After one night in Sapa we came back, and we had booked a bigger room. It was still on the small side, but manageable. The sheets had some stains, but nothing too tragic. Overall the hotel looks a lot better in the pictures, but the staff was so nice. Always smiling, they even gave us a small present when we checked out!

4.0 "Not bad but small rooms and not in best conditions"
The service is wonderful. The staff really tried to please. The breakfast was also good. The only drawback is the size and condition of the rooms (we booked 3 rooms). We were told that the room is between 23 to 25 sqm but it looks more like 16-18 sqm. It looks worse than the pictures during booking. So, manage your expectations.

Great play to stay, even for just one night in Hanoi.
Close to everything by foot or taxi. Breakfast is good (really didn’t mind the quick 30 second walk to the sister hotel).
WiFi is also super good!

The location first appears a bit hidden but we liked that.
Staff is super friendly and sincere, always checked if everything was ok as we walked by the front desk and was more than happy to help.
Our room had everything we needed, from air conditioning to clean bathroom and super comfortable.
Our room size was perfect for the two of us.
Breakfast was served at the sister hotel, its a 30 second walk from the lobby, super convenient

A região é ótima, cheia de restaurantes mas a localização do hotel é escondida, vale a pena combinar um transfer com o hotel para chegar facilmente. O hotel é muito arrumado hoje, limpo e a equipe excelente, prestativa, simpática. O café da manhã, sem igual. O melhor que provamos no Vietnam. Gostamos tanto que nos hospedamos em três oportunidades diferentes.

Staff were extremely helpful.and kind! They worked with us as best they could when we arrived early. The area map.they offer is a nice addition. The hotel is down an alley but once you have your bearings it's nice because its away from.some street noise and an easy walk to all the action. For the price, a great option.

We have unfortunately been moved from Cristina Hotel to a sister property Viola Hotel. But all of the staff have been extra helpful, that we did not feel uncomfortable. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. Nice small hotel to stay on budget.

Staff are exceptional with helpfulness with everything! Breakfast in sister hotel is really good ! Room clean and comfortable. Nothing to dislike.
Lee and the staff did such a great job making sure our stay was perfect. Hotel has good location and is very walkable to most things. Would definitely stay here again!

Kom tidligt ind om morgen for to dags trekking men de syndes ikke jeg skulle vente til kl 14 med at tjekke ind.
Så vi rykkede mig til ders søster hotel hvor jeg kunne tjekke ind med det samme og få lidt søvn .
Super god service, for det var ikke noget jeg havde spurgt om .

Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel is located in convenient location. We stayed two nights in two rooms. Would have been better in one room. The second room bathroom sink was leaking. Overall, a good stay.

Nice place to stay, in the center of old town but in quiet Street. The reception upgrade me to deluxe room when i tell them that in my booking the superior room has normally windows. For information, in lower floor superior room don't have windows. So the staff is really professional and want to find solutions to give a good experience to their customers. Breakfast is nice and the noodle soup is delicious.

The staff at this hotel was fantastic. They arranged transportation and made tour reservations for us and even helped with airline tickets for a quick jaunt to DaNang. The room was comfortable but the balcony view was of an ugly alley...not quite what we expected
This place is in an alley off the main street. It makes it quiet but a bit off-putting as you enter. The breakfasts were great. Ask for Americano if you are an American coffee drinker. They will prepare omelets and other egg dishes. We really were able to get a good sense of life in old Hanoi by staying there. It is near the Water Puppet theatre. Food choices and shops are numerous. Prices all over town were very reasonable although we did find we probably paid way tto much by booking through the service. By contrast, we booked another (and better) hotel in DaNang at 1/4 the price. We'd stay at Cristina again because of the outstanding staff.

1.0 "Avoid at all cost! "
We arrived around 11 pm and the guy working the front desk was drunk. Slurring his words, repeating himself and mixing papers up. When we got to our room it was nothing like the pictures. The room was so small there was barely 2 ft on the side of the bed. The TV did not work and you could hear everything through the thin walls. The breakfast was down the alley way to a different hotel, the food was not good. Noodles tasted like they were a few days old.
Hotel is located in an alley where only motorbikes can pass, yet its still very accessible as the main road is only a few metres away. Plenty of shops nearby. Rooms were clean, beautiful and exquisite like shown in the pictures. Staff service was outstanding. They were helpful and friendly. I broke my luggage during my trip and Lee personally took me out on his bike to buy luggage straps. He even helped me get a good bargain on the price. I was very impressed.
Cristina Hotel was perfectly located in Old Quarter. Hotel room included a small balcony which we enjoyed tea on in the evenings. Many restaurants/shops close by. Walkable to all of Old Quarter. Staff were great upon check in and check out. We had the hotel book a taxi for 5 am but then our flight was delayed and the gentleman behind the counter said, no problem. We will take care of it. He cancelled the taxi and re-booked for a later time without any problems. Cristina Hotel also had the absolute best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. We just loved it and it's super nice that it's situated on the top floor of their sister hotel so you get a nice view to start your day.
Nice hotel right in the heart of the old city. Aside from the main roads wich is a big advantage considering how crowded and noisy Hanoi can be. We received free breakfst for the day we arrived and very early check in.
