Небольшой отель в старом квартале, чуть в переулке от дороги. Номер небольшой, удобная постель, проблемы с уборкой, полы в номере не моются совсем и не убирается балконы вследствие чего чтобы присесть на балконе надо сначала протереть мебель находящуюся на балконе, очень мало места для хранения вещей, плохая шумоизоляция. Неплохой завтрак в гостинице Viola примерно в 50 метрах. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, спасибо за помощь в организации трансфера до Нинь Бинь. Услуги отеля лучше всего оплачивать во вьетнамских донгах из за слишком низкого курса обмена валюты. Хорошее расположение, рядом очень много мест питания и торговли, до озера Возвращенного меча минут 10 пешком.

An excellent hotel with staff who couldn’t do enough for you.Rooms were very clean.The only thing that spoilt it for us was the position down a dirty dark alley.What made it worse was it rained heavily when we were there so water dripped from all the rooftops.Going for breakfast at the sister hotel was like an obstacle course.Difficult to find on arrival as no visible signs.

Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, bei Fragen oder Problemen wurde mir sofort geholfen. Günstiges Shuttle Angebot zum Flughafen.
Staffs were really really nice,friendly and helpful especially the bell boy. Reasonable price.
Location was good but have to walk through dark alley.
Room was quite small. Towels were old and dirty.
Bathroom needs to be renovated. Water heater didn’t work well,water was cold and very hot alternative every 30secs.

Stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely love it!! Staff are very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is strategically located in the old quarter and it's convenient to walk to key sightseeing areas. It's quiet especially during the weekend as motorbikes are not allowed in the old quarter after 7pm.

central of all area. within minutes to the lake and church. many shopping around there and the staff is nice. i booked 6 rooms and request for all single bed but they only gave 3 rooms with single bed. and 1 of the room toilet is broken. how possible they sell the room completely no door? room is really small. the only mirror is in the toilet which is small. but advantage there a lift which is a bonus. breakfast in sister hotel near by.
This hotel is quite small but located in the heart of city. It is very comfortable with this reasonable price.
Breakfast is good and have many things to choose.
I really like the staffs. Thry are very helpful especially when I loss my key card. They were willing to help make the new one (with some charges).

Good location. We stayed here for 1 night in an executive room before going on a cruise in Ha Long Bay. The executive room was bigger and had a better bathroom with a shower with walls. After the cruise, only a “suite” on the top floor was available, so we paid extra money and the room is not at all as accommodating as the executive room. It’s smaller, with a bathtub and no curtain. The bathtub leaks all over the floor and the water is extremely hot or extremely cold, there is no middle ground. When I called to reception to tell him this, he sent a non-English speaker directly to my room, although I asked for a few minutes in order to get dressed. Then the bellhop proceeded to show me how to work a faucet, and then called up his superior who also told me how to use a faucet. And when I asked about the leaking, all they did was clean it up with extra towels and left them soaking on the ground. The second experience has been terrible and I will not be coming back.
Podróż odbylismy pod koniec listopada 2019. Lokalizacja b dobra jednak samo znalezienie hotelu było trudne. Dojście do hotelu jest przez wąskie uliczki, które szczególnie nocą mogą wydawać się lekko niebezpieczne. Widok z balkonu na pobliska ścianę nowo budowanego obiektu. Największym minusem był brak restauracji w hotelu. Na opłacone śniadania musieliśmy przechodzić tymi samymi wąskimi uliczkami do innego hotelu. Samo śniadanie było średnio smaczne. Pokój był przestronny z malutkim balkonem. Przy zamówieniu wybraliśmy opcje z pokojem bez okna a dostaliśmy lepszy pokój.
The property was under repair due to a water leak. They did not inform us and booked us in a different hotel.

Accueil,services au top.Nous avons fait une excursion à la baie d' Halong organisée par l'hotel que je recommande.
L'entrée de l'hotel est dans une ruelle sombre mais trés typique de la vieille ville,le petit déjeuner ,trés bien au 6 eme étage,est dans un autre établissement dans une autre ruelle.Ce n'est pas signalé)
Petite chambre pour une chambre de luxe .
La salle de bain ne donne pas envie.
Si vous aimez le typique ,je recommande sinon changez de quartier.
Le positif,des gens charmants.
Hotel pequeno e agradável, conta com colaboradores atenciosos e prestativos. O quarto realmente é como aparece nas fotos: justo. A limpeza é boa e nós não temos nada a observar. O café da manhã é farto. O destaque ficou por conta da localização que proporciona acesso a pé por todo o centro antigo da cidade.

STAY AWAY!!! we did not even stay here and asked to leave as the images were different than reality. Dirty area in a dark alley with urine smell and drunk people. The hotel didnt want to give us any refund or anything for that scam.

Its not like in the pictures, everything is x4 smaller, the area smells from urine and is in a dark Halley with drunk people around.
The staff didn't offer any compensation for this online scam. lost money.

We didn't actually stay in the Cristina, they were either full or didn't have our booking. We were moved to their sister hotel, the Viola Royal, which was, I think, a bit nicer. The only comments I can make about the Cristina are that they didn't have our booking and that the entrance is down a fairly dingy alley. My review ratings are for the Viola
I found a lot of cockroaches in the toilet on my first day, I asked them to clean the room, and make everything to be sure there were no more there, however, the night when I come back I found more now close to the bed, it was so horrible, I just came back from my daily tour, with energy to start booking or change of hotel, I asked them to change the room, and their answer that they have no room available, I was travelling solo, and the next day I needed to wake up early, so I didn't have too more option than stay there, also the place is located close to the main touristic place, but in a really dark alley.
After I came back to Hanoi, and staid in a much better place than this for almost the same money, there are plenty of better accommodation places for around the same money than this.
The staff were very friendly. Room was nice. Basic amenities were provided.

Great location and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff made us feel so welcome here and are the true champions of this place; I highly recommend this hotel or their sister hotel the Viola Royal Hotel.

It was amazing and worth a stay. Although the location at a small alley but it's so convenient to everywhere.The staff was friendly and greet us everytime we went in and out. The staff even waiting with us at the roadside while we waiting for taxi. Love their hospitality. Also, they upgraded my room to a bigger one with bathtub. The breakfast was located at another hotel called Royal hotel. It's just a few steps away. Love it. Highly recommended.
The room is not the one showed on the pictures, the bathroom showed on the pictures is a new one and the bathroom in our room was really old. Room was very small. For breakfast, you have to move to a different hotel.
However, in spite of all those things it was a really nice saty because of the staff. They were superb! Always with a smile, trying to help with anything that happens to you and very helpful.

Hôtel en plein coeur du centre ville de Hanoi à 5 mn à pied du quartier des 36 rues et corporations.
Se situe dans une petite rue protégée des bruits de circulation.Le petit déjeuner peut être pris à l'hôtel Viola à 50 m et cela n'est pas un problème.
Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant. Possibilité de bagagerie et proposition de prise de douche avant l'avion du retour.

Our first room was tiny, we could barely move. After one night in Sapa we came back, and we had booked a bigger room. It was still on the small side, but manageable. The sheets had some stains, but nothing too tragic. Overall the hotel looks a lot better in the pictures, but the staff was so nice. Always smiling, they even gave us a small present when we checked out!
