Cold and no Windows.
The people there are nice but the room is not what we expect. It was cold and small there were lot of noise from room's appliances at night.
The good thing is location which is near to downtown.

Si buscas un hospedaje muy económico funciona. Nos quedamos dos noches y no hicieron la cama ni pasaron a revisar si se necesitaba algo en el baño/habitación.
Buena ubicación pero muy deterioradas las habitaciones.

OK I arrived early (5am) and would have paid for an extra for early check in, but instead they prefered to ignore me for an hour. The bed was fine, the room was kind of clean and the location is great.

A fuir. Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel, la réception m'indique n'avoir plus de chambre. En effet, l'hôtel est envahi de punaise de lit donc du produit de partout. Elle nous reclasse dans un autre hôtel : c'est un boui-boui moins chère et dans un état lamentable. Je vais faire une réclamation à hôtel.com dès mon retour.

Towels are clean but threadbare, mattress is typical for Vietnam, you can feel the springs. Breakfast ok, nothing special. Soap comes in a packet, 2 per day, not enough for 2 people showering and toileting. WiFi is good, staff are nice. Relatively quiet place for this area.

리셉션의 여성 스탭은 매우 친절하고 좋았습니다. 다만 야간 남자 스탭의 경우 게임(모바일 배틀 그라운드)에 빠져... 일을 안하네요. 낮 스탭은 영어 잘 합니다. 근데 야간 스탭은 아에 못합니다. 베트남어 밖에 못해요. 호텔 위치는 생각보다 큰 거리 옆에 있으나 좁은 골목에 있어서 처음에는 찾아가기 어렵습니다. 시설은 솔직히 가격에 비해 별로 였습니다. 창문의 걸쇠는 부러져서 밤 새도록 찬 바람이 들어왔고 에어컨겸 히터는 송풍만 됐고...화장실 문고리도 부셔져서 잠기지가 않았네요. 그래도 따뜻한 물은 잘 나왔습니다. 변기 물도 잘 내려갔구요. 안좋은 것 반, 좋은 것 반 딱 이랬습니다. 처음에 벌레가 많이 나온다고 했는데 딱히 그런 것도 없었어요. 위에 나열한 부정적인 부분만 고쳐진다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

It was in a good area in Hanoi and it was easy to find it and to get aound. The staff was really nice, and got a room ready for us before check in since we arrived so early in the morning but it was a bit run down. We had a room without windows and that was good cause there was no noise, but it smelled really bad.

Ein kleines Hotel in der Alstadt von Hanoi mit einem besonderem Charme. Ich würde dort wieder übernachten - allerdings mit Ohropax. Das Englisch des Personals war ausgezeichnet. Zudem war das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich.

C'est hotel est dans une petite rue très calme, propre et personnel très gentil seul bémol pas de fenêtres mais bon ce n'est que pour dormir donc pas dérangeant.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, Hanoi kann vom Hotel aus zu Fuß prima erkundet werden.
Die Angestellten sind super nett, sehr bemüht und unkompliziert.
Zimmer und Bad sind sauber und in gutem Zustand.
Auch das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen.

There are several nice eateries, spa shops and souvenir shops near the hotel. Staff there are helpful and friendly.
