Excellent séjour avec un personnel compétent et très agreable comme Kidd le receptionniste.
Le petit dejeuner était tres bon et avec beaucoup de choix.

Friendly staff but property need upgrade. TV channels were poor in quality. Internet speed was good. No lift. Nice location that is close to restaurants and water.
En general todo muy bien. El desayuno muy bueno. El staff muy servicial. Te ayudan con todos los tours o arriendo de bicicleta o moto. Lo único no tan bueno, al menos de la habitación que nos dieron a nosotros (208), es que hay mucho ruido en las mañanas (suenan teléfonos, portazos, gritos de la gente que hace aseo, hasta un gallo nos cantaba en el oído!).

This is a colonial mansion turned to hotel, with huge stairways and alleys between rooms; the dining room is also huge. We just love the classic look of the building. It is within walking distance to Old Hoa An and its many attractions (UN heritage sites, silk factory, river shore walkway), shops and local markets. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of western and Vietnamese food, we were there for 5 days and still enjoyed the menu. Our room booked through Expedia is large, comfortable and clean. It has a patio door opened to a small balcony, overlooking the alley along the hotel; we could see or hear the heavy rain pattering the glass, a nostalgic memory of rainy season in Central Vietnam. We already mark this place in our future visit to Hoi An.
Something about this hotel connected me to memories of a place where I used to have a youth summer camp in Portugal. I guess pretty ok for a 3-star hotel. :) I like the little balconies, the quietude... it's not too far from the main tourist spots...

저렴하게 숙박하기에는 괜찮지만, 개미와 바퀴벌레가 호텔 객실에 돌아다니네요. 방역에 신경을 좀 써야 할거 같네요.

Hôtel et piscine très propres rien à redire. Le petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet est varié : fruits frais, viennoiseries, omelettes sur demande. L'hôtel est bien situé (nous avons loué des vélos)
Petits bémols : peu de capacité de rangements (nous étions 4 pour un voyage de 4 semaines) et de séchage (maillots de bain, serviettes). Le balcon était ridiculement petit

Lovely hotel with character and wonderful, helpful staff. Excellent location for entering the markets - a very short walk - shopping area and old town. Great breakfast and pool. My second stay at this hotel and will come again.
The staff were fantastic and the location perfect for getting to experience Hoi An. The room was comfortable and the property offers great value for money, the staff really tried to make our break a fantastic holiday, thanks

매우 친절한 직원들, 수영장, 아기자기 맛나는 조식. 여행의 시작을 이곳에서 할 수 있어서 매우 행복했다. 다시 찾을만큼 작지만 알찬 호텔임이 분명하다. 어린아이들에게 한없이 밝은 웃음을 건내주고 다른 숙소로 이동할 때 많은 도움을 준 직원들을 잊지못할 것이다. 역시 여행은 사람이다.

Had a pleasant stay. Place was located some 10mins walk to Old town which is about 20mins walk to Japanese covered bridge.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. The only negative is that on top of the door there is a window allowing the light from the hallway to come into the room, which is very annoying if you like to sleep in a complete dark room

5.0 "Great staff and relaxing hotel"
vI was here 2 nights and came in after a day of touring. Welcome smiles met me. The staff took me through major town details and organised "everything" I needed. Manager was amazing...... The room was comfortable - large bed, hotwater, tv, fridge and aircon. Breaky provided. Bakery and coffee shops nearby. Good courtyard to watch the world go by with friends. Early checkout, airport shuttle and early breakfast were all catered for. Great few days. See you all again.
