I thoroughly enjoy our stay. The free breakfast was good since we get to enjoy the many Vietnamese dishes without venturing outside.

The check in process was excellent as the front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and pleasant. With three rooms booked, he upgraded one room for us at no cost. We are glad to stay at this hotel.

Hanoi was great and busy! The hotel was central and allowed us to walk around even to our planned meetings. Service especially from the front desk was amazing. Would I stay here again? Yes absolutely

The staff were excellent, very helpful. The room was bright and clean. The location was good for access to the old quarter and the French quarter. A reasonably good choice at breakfast.
Unfortunately the bar was not in operation during our stay and the mattress in my sister in law's room was very uncomfortable.They asked for it to be changed but they merely put a blanket on top,which made very little difference.You could feel the springs cutting through.
가방속에 있던 지갑에 돈을 도둑 맞았습니다. 한국돈으로 20만원 넘게요 50만동 11장을 훔쳐갔습니다. 찾아보니 호텔청소부가 훔쳐갔더라구요 그들의 청소도구함속 비닐봉지에서 찾았습니다. 뻔뻔하게 주머니 뒤져보라고 소리를 치더니 코웃음만 나오더라구요 그리고 우리가 버렸답니다. 어이가 없었습니다. 제발 여기에 방문하지 않으시길 바랍니다.

도로변 방이라서 소음이 많았고, 시설이 전반적으로 낡은 편인 것을 제외하면보통 수준입니다. 종업원은 친절한 편이고 위치는 썩 좋은편은 아니었습니다. 제 주관적 ㅠㅏㄴ단 입니다

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at all times. We had accidently booked one night too few and they went all out to find space for us even though it was a very busy time. Great location too! Can't fault it!

위치 : 호안끼엠 호수로부터 조금 떨어져 있으나, 불편하지 않았음. 호텔에 온수가 제대로 안나옴. 이야기를 해야지 온수가 나옴 .
밤 12시가 넘으면 호텔문을 닫아 한참을 기다렸다 들어감

Easy check-in and got room upgrade, for a room with a balcony. Lovely, and I would book (and pay) for that room if I ever return. My only complaint would be breakfast finishes at 9am, so a bit hard to get up if you arrived late like I did. Otherwise perfect stay and very friendly service.

All the staff and the boss lady is very caring and helpful to all the guests. All are very polite and cheerful to talk to. Airport pick up and drop back was very kindly done, thanks very much. Very large rooms with all the amenities provided and the breakfast was good too. Very close to all the shopping streets. Thanks very much all of you.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met wat drinken en fruit dat wij bij aankomst op onze kamer kregen ter verwelkoming. Omdat we de volgende ochtend alweer zeer vroeg weg moesten, had men een ontbijt klasrgemaskt wat we mee konden nemen.
Zou hier weer naar toe gaan.

great location, and although the staff tried hard, their lack of english, and poor training was a bit of a handicap, breakfast was pretty poor never changed once in two weeks and what there was, some was inedible, i never ate a breakfast in my whole stay ,sorry but this was not good enough, would i use this property again? no definitely not.I was in a v.i.p. room and the balcony never even got a brush in 2 weeks.
This hotel is awesome. The staff is very friendly, it is so close to the centre that you can walk the distance and the breakfast is also very good. The only thing that we've noticed was that it is loud. We are heavy sleepers, so it didn't bother us, but for people who wake up easily, the building is definitely too noisy because even in your room you can still hear people talking or slamming their door.

The service was excellent although they sometimes did not know what I was asking for ( not all staff speak or understand English at a high enough level to be in customer sercice). The lobby was nice enough however the hotel room bathrooms are definitely not 4 star. I would say they are closer to a two star hotel level. So overall I would give this hotel 3 stars with kind friendly service- which is why I have it 4.
Good location, very helpful, generous and friendly staff, especially Ms Kate, the reservations manager. Treated like family, very comfortable. My wife and I felt at home in the hotel. Thank you Golden Cyclo Hotel and staff.

Hele gastvrije medewerkers. Hotel in Old Quarter dus wel druk. Fe grotete kamers liggen op de 8e etage dus meer uitzicht en minder herrie. En veel ruimte!
