Really nice staff, delicious breakfast, many hints for nice places. We had a lot of fun and i would recommend it to my friends and book it again

Wir haben selbst um 6 Uhr morgens schon Frühstück bekommen, konnten gegen ein kleines Aufgeld bereits bei unserer Ankunft morgens früh auf unser Zimmer und es gab zum Empfang Tee und Kuchen. Sehr nettes Personal.

Above all, staff couldn’t do enough to make our stay a wonderful experience. Always a smile on their face when asked for their help either with a tour or a simple recommendation for lunch. Praise goes out especially for Sam and Hung who were delightful. They arranged for our food tour, LanHa Bay Cruise, puppet theater tickets, flights to Hoi An among others things.
Golden Art Hotel is clean with a large shower area. They provide shampoo, body wash and other toiletries like tooth brushes shower caps and comb. We also had a delightful welcome drink and fruit Upon our arrival. Their free breakfast was good with choices of Vietnamese or western dishes.
Hanoi is a very busy city, dodging scooters and traffic is not for the weak of heart, Golden Art Hotel is a great location as the street has no car or bus access
Great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Hung and his team were there for us at every step of our 4 day stay. Would stay again, highly recommended!

이 호텔은 무척 우수하였습니다. 저는 베트남 첫 출장에서 이 호텔을 선택하였고 깨끗한 침낭과 맛있는 조식 서비스에 무척 만족하였습니다. 다만 뷰가 보이는 숙소를 예약하였으나 건물에 전부 막혀 보이지 않아 문의 하였더니 그 방이 맞다면서 강압적으로 얘기하는 부분에 조금 실망하였습니다. 숙소 위치도 무척 훌륭하였습니다. 전반적으로 추천하는 호텔입니다.

The staff did everything to ensure a pleasant stay. A warm and friendly boutique hotel in the middle of a busy bustling Hanoi city. The morning breakfast was awesome with western food and also Vietnamnse food. Great chef on site. Only issue was the showers were a bit difficult to adjust for the hot and cold temperature.

Hotellet ligger bra till mitt i old quarter, med närhet till diverse aktiviteter och restauranger. Hotellet ligger på en lugn tvärgata så man slipper ljudet från alla mopeder. Personalen var väldigt bra, trevliga och behjälpliga

Staffs in hotel are awesome. Very kind and they are always at there to help us any time.
Room is in great condition always.
It is near to Hoankiem lake, about 10min by walking.
Breakfast quality is ok.
Strongly Recommend for everyone thinking of this hotel for Hanoi travel.

5.0 "Clean, Safe, and a dose of excellent Hospitality!"
My stay at Golden Art Hotel for about a month was excellent. When I travel, I look for clean room, clean bathroom, and comfortable bed, as the most important factors. The room and bathroom were kept clean by the wonderful housekeeping staff, replenished with clean towels and toiletries every day. They didn't speak English, so I did not catch their names. The bed and the two sets of pillows (one hard one soft) was perfect. The sheets were changed and they were clean--Couldn't ask for more.
The staff at the front desk were also very attentive. Susan started to communicate with me before I arrived to set up my pick-up from the airport. Once I arrived, I met Mr. Nam, who is wonderful. He recommended a few restaurants and even took me to a tailor to help me get a suit made, AND made sure I got a 500K discount! He knows more about movies and music (American/Italian...) than I would ever know. Ms. Lee had a wonderful smile and greeted you with it every time you saw her. Ms. Sam was also very helpful with her tips on restaurants, etc. and very thoughtful--when she found out that I liked coffee she got me a box of them as a goodbye present. I played chess with the bellboys, interacted with the kitchen staff, and the manager--all very nice. When I had any requests, they went out of their way to fulfill them. But, most importantly, I felt welcomed and safe staying here. Thank you all..HUNG, SAM, LEE, SUSAN, JEN, and most importantly, Mr. NAM! Thanks for your hospitality!
Clean room, good aircon, good breakfast and friendly staff. Unfortunately English is not their best virtue and make communication difficult and frustrating. One of the good hotel in the area 👍

Golden Art Hotel is a beautiful little boutique hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter. You really can’t beat the location, it was a highlight of our trip. There was great coffee and street food and sights right at our doorstep. The building is old all told, and a few things about the rooms are worth considering: there was black mould in the bathroom that you could smell from the room, so we kept the door closed at all times. The sheets were also dirty when we arrived, it was late when we checked in so we just dealt with it but they were happy to change them when we asked the next day, although I suspect the pillowcases weren’t changed. The day manager was very apologetic at the end of our stay when he read this on our feedback form so I assume this isn’t a common occurrence. All in all we had a wonderful stay at this hotel, mainly due to the wonderful service of their staff and the location (again, can’t beat it really).
Zeer centraal gelegen, behulpzaam personeel en een goed hotel. Ontbijt was ook goed.

The staff support was excellent, starting as soon as I booked the rooms. They arranged pickup from the airport at a reasonable rate. The rooms were ready when we arrived late at night and there was no problem checking in. Their map of Hanoi was VERY useful and I carried it every time we went out. Everything we needed, they provided, right up to my final check out at 8 PM (there was a charge). Not luxurious, but we were very happy with this choice of hotel.
Super friendly and helpful staff. (Mr. Han was sooo awesome.) Great breakfast and cool location with shopping and dining options galore just outside.
-My room was on 6th floor, so required a walk up from the 5th, which was where the elevator stopped.

This was our first visit to Vietnam and Hanoi was our first stop.
We could not have chosen a better hotel.
It is ideally situated off a side street in the Old Town.
The room was quite spacious and well kept.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged airport pick-ups and a great overnight cruise.
I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Loved this place, great and easy to find spot, very friendly and helpful staff, loved how is is tucked away and so very, very quite, great nights sleep, this is my 4th time in Hanoi and this will always be the place I stay at.

The hotel was located on a quiet side street (well except for the jack hammering right behind the hotel).
The first room we were given, the air conditioner did not work very well, so we had a warm night. The bathroom door did not shut at all and we had to hold it or put something behind it. We complained and moved to a new room. We thought we may have been given an upgraded room for the inconvenience but no.
The staff were very helpful in organising things for us.
Shower room is big and clean!
The room with window was so confortable.

Hôtel très bien situé. Lit très confortable et chambre propre. Le personnel est super accueillant et fait tout pour nous donner un super service. Bon petit déjeuner, omelettes et crêpes servies selon vos préférences. Rapport qualité-prix de l'établissement, je le recommande sans hésitation.
