Nous avions une villa beachfront. Rien à redire sur la vue, la taille de la chambre, le confort. Par contre nous avons dû demander à faire nettoyer la chambre au bout de 2j car le ménage n’a pas été fait (le lit non plus). Ce resort est tout récent, mais il ne semble pas très bien vieillir : stores cassés, eau de la douche jaune et odeur nauséabonde, humidité aux fenêtres... mais pour le moment si on ne regarde pas dans les coins, c’est très très correct. Spa appréciable (2 soins par jour, veillez à les booker à l’avance car les créneaux sont vite réservés). Petit déjeuner très bon. Le soir, peu d’animation, quelques personnes dînent à la carte. Navettes disponibles pour aller dans le centre en 45 minutes.
Free spa and yoga classes are just fantastic. Very spacious equipped with kitchen. Only downside is food expensive and not too delicious.

참 돈이 아까운 호텔이었어요. 룸에 폰도 고장나있고 3개의 티비중 정상적인 것이 1도 없어서 계속 고치시는분이 오시긴했는데 대체적으로 불만족스러웠네요. 이 리조트 보고 나트랑 여행을 간거였는데 너무너무 실망했어요. 아 조식포함 룸서비스 음식 맛도 별로입니다.^^

Luxurious rehab-like resort. But due to the heavy rainfall and super strong wind, I could not think of any water activities. The facilities are great, the staff are 3.7 out of 5 because sometimes their service is like 5, other times 3. Once a manager came to me in the middile of the restaurant and told she would provide late checkout. Later, when I asked about it at the reception, I was told my late checkout is not confirmed until they call me on the checkout date. And there was no call. The resort provides a lot of services for the price though I doubt it is impeccable.
Really nice hotel. Spa is not spectacular but it’s free and decent. Very relaxed environment. Food at the bar area is better than the restaurant.

Beautiful resort, perfect for a true retreat- beautiful rooms, close to the airport, lovely staff and great SPA treatments. The only criticism is the food-very overpriced and not as good as in the average restaurants in Vietnam

Fusion Resort Cam Ranh did have some serious problems due to a huge storm with heavy rain the days before we arrived, but they made the absolute best out of it and gave us both an upgrade of room and free dinner. Very warm staff and a beautiful place that I would recommend to all of my family and friends.

Infinity pool, complimentary spa treatment, breakfast anytime anywhere, relaxation, friendly and well trained professional staff
We stayed here for 4 nights and were more than pleasantly surprised with our experience. The hotel had great online reviews before we came and despite that, the actual stay was even better than we had expected!
We had a lovely one bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was spacious and cleverly designed. All the hotel staff were incredibly genuine and sweet and the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much to ask for (within reason of course!). We didnt think language was a barrier and English speaking staff were always on hand when we needed them.
With a marketing slogan of 'breakfast anywhere, anytime' we had breakfast set up just for us on the beach. We were the only people on a secluded part of the beach - that was a lot of fun!
And the spa! Oh the spa. The all inclusive spa was the main reason we booked this resort. Having said that we were still sceptical if it was just marketing jazz? I can now definitely say all treatments were of very high quality! We left each therapist a tip but there was never any pressure or expectation from them to do so - everyone was very well trained. The staff were also very receptive to feedback and checked on us every day to make sure we were happy.
All in all an exceptional experience. I hope they keep the standards up despite massive upcoming expansion (lots of villas being built at the moment on site)

아쉬운점은 객실에 머리카락 많이 발견함.
시트커버를 매일 교체하는게아닌듯 얼룩등으로 이용하지않았음.
티비는 작았으나 해외방송만나와서 의미는없었음.
잠깐 하루 비가왔었는데 전동커튼위에서 물이 새서 객실로 물이들어왔음. 조금 불안했음.

Relaxing environment. Do remember to book for the free massage and spa before one or two days, as it is so full and you might not make a booking during check in.

전체적으로 리조트 자체는 좋은데 가격이 좀 비싸게 느껴져요 메인풀도 엄청 큰느낌은 아니었구요 시내까지 40~50분걸려 나가야해서 그런점도 조금 불편했어요 제가 갔을때는 한국인이 50%이상으로 느껴질정도로 많았던것 같아요 디너 다이닝음식들은 대체적으로 맛있었는데 조식이 생각보단 별로였오요 방이 메인풀이랑 좀 멀었던게 아쉬웠네요
Loved the included day spa sessions. Staff tried really hard to give fabulous service. Villas with private pools are great, pool size is ideal (not a small plunge)
