Không thể nhận phòng sau giờ làm việc tại nơi lưu trú này. Để sắp xếp nhận phòng, vui lòng liên hệ với nơi lưu trú tối thiểu 48 giờ trước khi đến bằng thông tin liên lạc trong xác nhận đặt phòng. Khách phải liên lạc trước với nơi lưu trú để nhận hướng dẫn nhận phòng. Nhân viên tiếp tân sẽ đón tiếp khách tại nơi lưu trú. Lịch trình 2 ngày, 1 đêm của du thuyền này như sau: Đến Bến phà Gót tại Thị trấn Cát Hải, Thành phố Hải Phòng lúc 12:00 để lên tàu. Nhận phòng lúc 12:15. Đi du thuyền đến hòn Đá Chông, sau đó dùng bữa trưa khi đi qua hòn Con Vịt và Gia Luận. Từ 15:00 – 18:30, du thuyền đưa khách đi ngắm cảnh dọc bãi biển Ba Trái Đào (Tháng 10 – Tháng 5) hoặc Trà Báu (Tháng 6 – Tháng 9), sau đó, khách thử dùng rượu địa phương. Trở về tàu lúc 18:30 để ngắm hoàng hôn, sau đó tham gia lớp học nấu ăn và dùng bữa tối. Ngày 2: Sau bữa sáng nhẹ và buổi tập Thái Cực Quyền, đi thuyền đến hang Sáng Tối. Khách trở về tàu để trả phòng lúc 09:30. Khách được phục vụ bữa sáng muộn trên đường trở về Hà Nội. Khách xuống tàu lúc 11:35. Khách quay lại địa điểm trả khách ở Hà Nội lúc 14:00. Lịch trình 3 ngày, 2 đêm của du thuyền này bao gồm các mục trên và bổ sung như sau: Ngày 2: Sau khi tập Thái Cực Quyền trên khu tắm nắng và dùng bữa sáng nhẹ, khách chuyển sang thuyền du ngoạn trong ngày tới làng Việt Hải và Vịnh Bái Tử Long, sau đó dùng bữa trưa. Chèo thuyền kayak và bơi lội tại Hồ Bà Hầm trước khi quay lại tàu lúc 16:00 để tham gia lớp học nấu ăn truyền thống.

Amazing cruise, rooms were beautiful and food was great. My only complaint is there was not nearly enough time for swimming and kayaking.

Amazing. The Orchid Cruise was so luxurious and relaxing for our 2 night boat cruise around Ha Long Bay. The suits are absolutely beautiful, the staff are all so lovely and will go above and beyond for you. The food was sensational and the whole cruise ran like clockwork with no delays or hiccups. The views are out of this world. Would definitely recommend.

지금까지 내가 해 본 여행중 최고의 호사스러운 여행이었다.
물론 나는 하루 묶는 가격으로 한번도 이 정도의 가격을 지불해 본적이 없다. 그러나 여행 기간 동안의 가격이 과하게 비싸다고 느낄수 없었다.
안락하고 편안한 객실과 정성을 다해준 4번의 식사는 매우 만족스러웠다.
가끔 한 번 정도는 이 정도의 여행은 해 볼 만하다고 느낀다.
배는 매우 깨끗했고, 객실의 상태도 좋았다.
바다위에서 자는 하룻밤은 너무나 낭만적이었다.
멋진 바위섬들과 하룻밤을 지내는 기분이었다.
또한 내가 묶고 있던 하노이의 호텔에서 크루즈 탑승까지의 왕복서비스도 매우 만족스러웠다.

The cruise was absolutely excellent. The staff from the booking process through hotel pickup and the entire cruise were attentive, kind and helpful. The Orchid boat was lovely and the cabins were very large, clean and all had balconies. Halong Bay has stunning views so there is no bad cabin or bad view. The food was also delicious and the onboard service was impeccable from dining to massages to day time activities (bike riding, kayaking, cave dwelling). I wish we could have stayed one more night on the cruise. Special thank you to Anthony, Ana, Andy!
It was certainly 5 stars in Vietnam. Now that said, some westerners on the trip did have more complaints but their expectations were a little outrageous as this company did everything to make our experience great. My recommendations to ensure a great time: go during the summer when the weather is better (January was gloomy and rainy the whole trip), use the cruise line’s hotel pickup/drop off service from Hanoi, and sit outside at the waiting facility on the way to the cruise line (the inside smelled bad).
Great experience! I would recommend to everyone. If you are in Hanoi and you have the time do not miss it. Take the 2 nights cruise as 1 will not be enough.
The room was very comfortable, the food was good, the staff was great.

Weather was amazing, the boat was extremely luxurious and a pleasure to stay on. The room was spacious and clean and had a wonderful balcony to watch the amazing landscape go by. I was also kept entertained by wonderful activities from kayaking, swimming in a secluded beach to biking through wonderful scenery. The boat did not feel overcrowded but rather just the perfect number of people on board to give it a perfect feel for a few days travelling.

Exceptional cruise, staff are amazing , attentive and cannot do enough for you! The food was plentiful and delicious. The rooms are spacious , modern and well equipped. Everything is very well organized, they really go above and beyond. The cruise itinerary is perfect and scenery is breathtaking! I highly recommend this cruise company!

Excellent customer service and well scheduled activities for the 2 days 1 night cruise. However, at the caves we were rushed to go through it and it would have been nicer if we had taken time so we could marvel at the caves and take photos. The room was excellent, the views amazing and food quality was well done.

부모님과 투숙했고, 저희 가족빼고 모두 유럽인들이었습니다. 스텝들이 영어에 능통해서 커뮤니케이션에 어려움이 없었습니다. 크루즈 비용 내에 갓바섬 워킹 투어나 카약, 쿠킹클래스 등이 포함되어 있었습니다. 갓바섬 워킹 투어와 카약은 좋았고 나머지 부분은 기대 안하시는게 좋습니다. 예약 후 따로 브리프를 보내주는데 내용에는 엄청 액티브한 활동들일 것 같지만 전혀 그렇지 않고 휴양하기 좋습니다. 식사는 점심과 조식은 뷔페식이었고, 볶음 누들이랑 해산물 요리?가 맛있었습니다. 저녁은 프랑스식 코스요리가 나와서 푸아그라와 양고기 스테이크가 메인이었는데, 베트남식으로 해석된 요리어서 부모님은 힘들어하셨어요.

Twin room was large and with balcony to get outside and view ha long Bay. It was raining most of our trip but it was undercover so still good to use. Meals were terrific and staff very attentive. Activities we're ok but probably not suited when it is raining like on my trip. Overall woul recommend it to anyone. Singles, couples and families.
