5.0 "Loved this spot!"
This was my first hotel when arriving in Vietnam and I wish my stay was longer and/or all other hotels I stayed provided as premium service and welcome feel as Delicacy did. The hotel was in such a prime spot! Walking distance to everything I wanted to see and everywhere I wanted to eat (most importantly :)
The rooms were extremely clean, modern. Beds were comfy and large and shower was hot.
The room had heat amenities as well as a safe for valuables although I never felt the need for extra security but it is nice to have.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. I found myself chilling in the lobby just chatting like we were old friends. Even joking around like we knew each other for more than a couple days. That was a great feeling traveling solo having somewhere to come back to and it feels like a home away from home.
I celebrated not only Lunar New Year but my birthday as well while staying at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make both celebrations special. The rooftop is great, the fireworks on New Years were an experience to remember.
Lastly, the spa was AMAZING! The therapists were extremely professional and skilled. I really enjoyed this feature of the hotel.
I'd like to specifically give a big thanks to Linh, Sophia, and Tommy. Being a solo traveler, I really appreciated Linh taking the time to chat and keep me company while I relaxed in the lobby lounge. All of them went out of their way to make this more than just a stay at a hotel.
장점1. 위치가 좋다. 맥주거리, 호안끼엠호수 5분거리. 성당, 기찻길 10분거리.
장점2. 친절하다. 한국인 정서상 부담스러울 정도로 친절하다.
단점1. 기본객실이 생각보다 좁았다. 상위객실 이용권장.
단점2. 방음이 잘 안된다. 다른 객실 알람소리까지 들림.
단점3. 입실하니 화장실 휴지걸이에 휴지가 없고(물론 여분 휴지는 있었음), 발 수건이 없었음(다음날 룸메이크업 후 세팅됨)
단점4. 조식 먹고오니 생각지도 못하게 벌써 객실청소가 되어 있었는데, 문제는 조식 후에 씻고 나갈 준비를 했기 때문에 수건사용, 밤에 외출 후 수건사용, 다음날 체크아웃이니 객실청소 안해줘서 또 같은 수건사용;; 결론은 수건이 부족했다.
단점5. 금고가 여느 호텔과는 다르게 락 버튼이 없고 a/b버튼이 있었는데, 이래저래 눌러봐도 안되고 설명서도 없어서 결국 포기했음. 조식먹을때 친절하게 불편한건 없냐고 물어서 금고가 안된다고 하니 나중에 가서 봐주겠다고 했는데 결국 오지 않았음;;
단점6. 객실은 뷰를 볼수있는 창문은 없는 구조인데, 외부가 아닌 계단? 같은 곳이 보이는 작은 창문이 하나 있다. 그 창문에 설치된 블라인드가 꼬여있어서 끝까지 안내려오고 15cm 쯤 떠있는데, 잘때 불을 다 끄면 거기로 빛이 새어들어와서 숙면에 방해가 됐다.

The staff at this hotel was what really made this place exceptional. They greeted us upon check in, served a welcome tea, provided information on the hotel, map and area, and personally walked us to our room and discussed where breakfast and the sky bar was. The next morning a different staff person knew our name, it helped to really personalize the experience. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff here. We have never experienced service this exceptional even in other 5 star hotels.
The room itself was clean, modern, the breakfast was good and the skybar was a nice way to end the night. The hotel itself is an 11/10 in location, central and within walking distance to everything. We wish we could have booked more days here!
the staff and service were nothing short of amazing. It made our trip to Hanoi so much more memorable as they helped with planning every detail. Great spa, restaurant and roof top area with panoramic view of Hanoi. Highly Recommend!!!

Außergewöhnlich gut ist der Service, habe so etwas noch nie erlebt. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Spa wurden wir herzlich empfangen und behandelt.

The service from the staff was exemplary. They made sure our missing flight baggage arrived safely at the hotel for our return. The staff are friendly and go our of their was to be helpful. The rooms are very comfortable indeed.

All staffs are very kind and very friendly, so I have not felt stress during staying this hotel. I have come to like this hotel, so there are three things which I hope the hotel to improve.
At first, when I was staying the hotel, ants were walk around on the desk and the side table. It has to improve immediately.
Second, the hose of toilet is short, so it was hard to use well. It has to improve it.
Third, water of the toilet tank sometimes leaked, so I sometimes repaired by myself. It has to repair immediately.
Except for the above things, I had a comfortable stay at this hotel.
Thank you for supporting me during my stay last week.
For your reference, I stayed #403.

근 5년동안 묵은 호텔 중에 최고의 호텔이였습니다. 포근한 침대와 침구, 깨끗한 룸과 청소 서비스가 정말 좋았고 크지 않지만 공간 활용이 잘 되어있어서 다른 호텔의 큰 룸보다도 편리하게 숙소 이용했습니다. 그리고 스태프들이 정말 친절하고 영어 의사소통이 완벽하게 된다는 것이 큰 장점입니다. 모든 점에서 완벽했습니다.

Staff was incredibly nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location.
Very new hotel, perfect location in the old quarter. The staff were helpfulwhen we need and very kind. Special thanks to Linh and Tommy:) Breakfast was excellent as well.
We recommend this hotel to everyone else.

깔끔하고 호안끼엠및 시장 가깝고 깔끔
스탭들도 친절하고 조식종류가 많지않아도

Especially Ms.Mango is very kind and like family.
Room is very nice and sunny.
Hotel is just close to lake just 5 minutes by work.
We recommend this new hotel.
