The staff really made this establishment especially Lee the lead person who was outstanding in his desire to help customers wherever possible.
Otherwise the property is on a prime spot alongside the Cathedral and close to everything without being too noisy.
Rooms are very large for Hanoi

Perfect place to stay if you like the ambiance of old Hanoi with French colonial style. Excellent location to exlpore small shops, cafe, restaurants & street vendors!

I mistakenly booked this place with Cinnamon Cathedral Hotel.
Because the reception woman is not the type to try communicating, nothing is transmitted
I do not want it anymore.
I will make Cinnamon "Cathedral" Hotel, which was very good and fun to be misunderstood this time

Loved the graceful staircase up to the first floor and the balcony overlooking the cathedral. Would have preferred that the Cathedral bells didn't sound at 5am each morning, but that is part of the charm and you can't have it both ways.
