주변에 랜드마크와 가깝고 일반시장, 야시장등 볼거리가 많아 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 호텔이 호수에 위치하여 스카이라운지에서 야경이 훌륭합니다.

The authentic Hanoi hotel is very nice and it is just in the scene viewing area which has been very convenient for taking a tour around this place.and the servants here has neen very kind of me.i used to ask sewing kit and something else to be delivered and they responded very quickly and kindly.and sure the hotel is clean and allappliances iused are functioning.it has massage and gym center also.the breakfastisalso good.i will come to here next time i visit the city with no doubt.it is worth to be here which is my best recommendation for you when you were here. And the best receptionist i should ask , they are taking their responsibility so seriously.so you could turn to them when you were this place.
Well well well. I had a great stay in Authentic Hanoi Hotel. Customer Service is out standing, Alex is always assist all customers in anytime.
Location is perfect and price is reasonable.

Modern hotel in the heart of the old quarter
A very comfortable, clean hotel with excellent, helpful service right bang in the old quarter with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Just two minutes from the lake and the Water Puppet Theatre, it is ideally situated for exploring Hanoi. Staff helpfully booked me a table in a local restaurant and a taxi to take me there and were very responsive to my needs. Highly recommended.

Authentic Hotel hava a good location, nearby Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc son Temple.
The staff is very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. They helped arrange transportation, purchase SIM card, recommend places to eat. Overall, we love the service provided by the staff. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and colleagues.

The stay was pleasant and the staff were absolutely gorgeous - very friendly and helpful. The only beside was the fact that renovations were happening next door which the noise filtered through. Nothing they could do about it.

Wonderful stay with essence welcoming.
Location is perfect, right next to Hoan Kiem lake and Water puppet theatre. Staff is fabulous, assist you anytime ans anything you want.

The hotel location is near to Hoamkiem Lake in a few mini by foot and convenient for access to every tour spots and shopping areas. I stayed at a room in 6th Fl and got a good sleep without borthering from bustling and noisy streets. Front receptionists are very friendly and fluent in English and comply with my request always with smile. The breakfast in buffet are decent worthy for the price. If I list up some claims, the room had no bath tub and with only shower, no laundry room that was completely different from my reservation and picture in the web site. The manage recognize it and express apology. So I could totally accept it and enjoyed my stay.
L’hôtel est très bien placé d’accès facile le personnel est charmant. Les chambres correctes, assez spacieuses mais la salle de bain demanderai à être rénovée. Le petit déjeuner pour les occidentaux n’est pas très varié.

1.0 "Non Trust-able Hotel"
The room i booked and the room given was totally different, i booked a room with window but the room given me was no window and AC was bad. I was literally sweating next day morning and asked them to cancel my booking, then they agree to change my room.
Beware of the Front Desk Guy who manages the hotel in the night time. I asked for room service food at around 11 PM and he didn't mention he has to order outside and given me a offer that only pizza is available and he charged me V.Dong 450,000 for medium size pizza. Next day when i informed this to the receptionist she surprise and call the manager to sort out it, i got back V.Dong 150,000 after few arguments. Not trust-able place , i will not book this hotel in the future
We stayed in a few hotels in Hanoi and honestly thought there was better value to be found elsewhere. We were only at the Authentic one night - location excellent, rooms and breakfast very so so. There was also a very expensive cigar bar upstairs. A bit out of character wit( the rest of the hotel.
I liked the location of this hotel. The rooftop restaurant and bar are very appealing; however, I believe that the menu needs to change in order to attract more guests. The menu options are heavy, too westernized and pricy. Prior to booking our stay I read many reviews about the beds being uncomfortably hard. I cannot confirm that. Our bed and bedding was very comfortable. However, I found the room to have a slightly moist/stale smell which was probably caused by the air quality in Hanoi. I found that the curtains were dusty and the corners of the rooms not well swept but other than that, the room was clean and tidy.
Ein gutes Hotel.Mitten im Old Quarter.See in 3 minuten .Mitten im Leben.Mein Zimmer war klein mit kleinem Fenster.Bei der Bauweise aber Typisch.Aufzug in alle Etagen.Alles funktioniert wie es soll.Auf dem Dach ein toller Ausblick mit Restaurant.Dort habe ich aber nur mal geguckt.Frühstück ok.Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal.100% Empfehlung!

바로바로 조리해서 주시고
쌀국수가 정말 맛있어요
주변 관광지가 다 걸어다녀도 좋을만큼 가까워요
다음번에 온다면 재방문 함 ㅎ
