the rooms are large, the location is excellent and make it easy to walk everywhere, lots of interesting dining options nearby. The staff was outstanding, everyone was kind and helpful, they all spoke very good English. A special mention toTrang from front desk for her kindness which added to our very pleasant experience at this hotel and We booked the Halong overnight cruise with them and also joined in their food tour in Hanoi. Our guide was incredible. We stopped at places we may never stop to the food. It is for sure that there is no assurance for you to eat such tasty food in the proper restaurants.
We Stayed at the Au Co Art Classic hotel for two night. I wish I could have stayed longer.
The hotel is perfectly located in midtown and my room on the 12th floor had a spectacular view over the Perfume River. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well appointed with a super size bed, balcony and all the usual facilities.
Checking in and out was very quick and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. and They arranged our package ( Halong , Phong Nha national park , Da nang , Golden Bridge , Hoi An and Mekong Delta ), and we had an amazing experience! They were responsive (both during the planning phase and while we were on our trip) and detail-orented with planning & communications. They proactively touched base with us throughout our trip to make sure things were going well, even helping facilitate last-minute changes (i.e. adding an evening food tour to our itinerary within a few hours notice). They planned a fantastic 3-week itinerary for us, which allowed us to just show up and enjoy the trip.
The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to anything you’d need or want to do, and there is a lot to experience locally. The hotel itself is very nice, from the rooms, bathrooms, and so on. It all has a relaxing and luxury feel to it. The staff is very nice and helpful as well, Lucy, at the front desk helped us arrange rides to places we needed to drive to and gave us info about places we were interested in going. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

We had a late check-in on arrival and was welcomed by the cheerful Huy at reception with welcome drinks and cake. Such a lovely soul who showed us our rooms and remembered all our names throughout our stay . Huy would always stop and chat us whenever he saw us.
The hotel is simply stunning and you should be commended for the excellent staff you have. That’s what made our stay so memorable. I only wish you had locations throughout Vietnam as we would have loved to stay with you throughout our tour. Keep up the good work.
This hotel is falsely advertised. There is no bar or restaurant. There is no roof top terrace or breakfast. The property pictures posted on hotels.com are taken from a different hotel. For the price the hotel is good value. The staff are kind and helpful, The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable but it was the other amenities that I particularly need and why I book the hotel in the first place. I have lost trust in the hotels.com website because of this experience..!
Au Co Art Classic Hotel is a mess. Beware that this hotel has only been open for two weeks and has a long way to go before being ready. Front desk staff very abrasive and in serious need of customer service training. The manager treats guests strictly - it's her way or the highway. Be especially careful if you are traveling with children. The hotel has 'off the official record' pricing for how much you will have pay for your kids to stay. Otherwise the only redeaming part of the stay is the good breakfast that they serve (next door) to the hotel.
This was a very pleasant hotel in a great location. My room was very clean and quiet. It was not large but it was well laid out and had a window which opened onto a light shaft. Breakfast was good and they arranged a car for me to the airport
The best part of all were the staff which were very charming and helpful.

Our family of four have just returned after spending 1 weeks at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we drove up the driveway, we knew we had arrived somewhere special. The hotel is large & It mixes modern and traditional Vietnamese decor and fittings
. We enjoyed spa treatments which were also excellent. We stayed on a Luxury Escapes package that had so many inclusions ( Luxury Cruise Ha long bay and Trang an full day trip ), even a cooking class that included a visit to the market.
We found the staff to be very attentive and they did everything they could to help make our stay special. Special thanks to Huy and Kevin - we really appreciate all your help! This hotel exceeded our expectations & we would definitely stay here again.
