El hotel es muy bueno,el servicio y la atención también. La zona esta muy bien para visitar el mercado y la zona de diversión. Si no puedes dormir con la luz de fuera elige una habitacion sin ventanas, ya que las cortinas son muy fina. En general muy recomendable, excelente!!

Alagon is centrally located we were able to walk everywhere which was a bonus. The bed and pillows are comfortable to ensure a restful nights sleep.
Breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety and the chef cooking at the egg station was polite and always helpful in offering to cook to your request.
The rooftop bar was a good way to relax with a cocktail and a bite to eat at a reasonable price.
We would definitely stay here again I don't have to think twice about it.
I have stayed at the Alagon Group hotels in Ho Chi Minh many times now and always feel welcome. They are very friendly and always ready to help if needed.
Good central location, room rather small, ok breakfast mainly Asian food. Staff friendly and helpful

Centrally located it offers lots of shopping possibilities and some very restaurants close by. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with whatever needs you have!
The service was great. The included breakfast was good. It was clean which is not always true for places in Ho Chi Minh. Of course outside the hotel it normal Vietnam. Easy walking distance to the local market which was interesting to see Two thumbs up.

This is a well ran property.
From hospitality, to food service, to concierge.
Very attentive staff
Cleanliness. Rooms were A plus
But I look for tell tale signs like stairwells and elevators. All meticulously attended to.
Check in and out was a breeze
And. Breakfast. Wonderful. And targeting all ethinc and customs eating habits.
Or for me, some of everything.
I'm staying at another Alagon property on return just because this one was so well ran
The room is cozy in design but i didn't expect my room to have no window but just 4 walls. So it was a little uncomfortable. I also don't like curtains in my bathroom would recommend glass panel. Also i can hear the sound from the next room, and doors banging.

Die Lage bestens! Das Frühstück auch! Lediglich stellten wir fest, das Hotel wird mehr und mehr zu einem Massenbetrieb. Das finden wir etwas Schade!
서비스도 만족하였고 교통도 시내 중심가라 편했다. 무엇보다 직원들의 친절도는 매우 만족했다.
단 한가지 아침식사와 출입구의 동선이 조금 불편했다.

This was my third time staying at an Alagon property. I really like this brand.
When I first arrived, it was a rough start, as we waited 45 minutes for our bags to be delivered to our room. We finally decided to go back to the lobby, and retrieve our bags ourselves. We also ordered a club sandwich from the room service menu which is supposed to come with bacon, and instead came with chicken. When we asked for the correct sandwich, we were told since we each ate a piece, we would only be provided with half of a sandwich. Kind of outlandish since we aren't the ones who made this mistake. Also, this hotel really should offer more Western-style foods at breakfast for guests.
Other than these things, I still think the Alagon brand is a good choice. Other staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was immaculately clean. The food quality is good. And this hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everything.
Pretty awful experience from check-in. Had to pay a hefty deposit and went up to my room, pushing past a large group of people complaining that their rooms didn't have any hot water. Not a good sign. The room was a windowless box, which was not mentioned in the online description. When I asked for a room with a window, they said I needed to have booked the most expensive room. Rudely and without any offer to help. Breakfast was fine but always overcrowded. The shower in my bathroom didn't really drain and flooded the floor several times of my windowless cell. In addition to all of this, the upstairs pool was closed my entire stay for "maintenance". As this was one of the supposed selling points, I was hugely disappointed and they made no efforts to compensate or apologize to the guests in any meaningful way other than a curt "sorry" when asked. All in all, quite a bad experience and not recommended.
Hôtel propre dans son ensemble mais dommage qu'une caution de garantie soit demandée à notre arrivée. Cela démontre un manque de confiance envers sa clientèle. D'autant plus que l'hôtel est classé 4 étoiles. Nombreuses hôtels de 3 étoiles ne nous demandent pas la caution de garantie et ont aussi un bon service et propre.
Concernant le matériel, nous aurions aimé avoir :
1- une lumière qui n'agresse pas les yeux durant la nuit lorsque nous nous levons pour nous rendre aux toilettes
2- un support pour poser ses propres shampoing
3- de vrai bouteilles de gel douche et shampoing et non des échantillons
4- le papier de toilette soit placé devant soi et non à l'inverse, derrière soi.
Autre interrogation, pourquoi le bouilloire et les tasses de café /thé sont cachés dans l'armoire et ne sont pas visible à l'extérieur ?
Dommage car cela aurait un intérêt plus accueillant.
Cependant, nous remercions le personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur service.
Reception staff not very friendly on arrival, we had requested check in and even though we were only half hour early we were unable to checkin to our room . Staff very matter of fact about everything . Have had much better service throughout Vietnam compared to here . On a positive note the afternoon tea is a lovely gesture and idea and we enjoyed this.

Hotel location was good, room cleanestroom cleanliness was good,but it was to noisy from outside at night when I want to sleep. but the worse thing was about reciption staff , they were so impolite and it was so obnoxious. I won't stay in that hotel again.

The hotel is okay, It's not a fantastic four star hotel though.
Good side: breakfast is good with eggs, bread, juice etc. Rooms are clean, friendly staff that is helpfull. Centrally, 15 min walk (in heat) to the city sights.
Bad side: It's starting to look worn down in the bathroom and pool area. All our drains in bathroom were blocked! Staff does not have sufficient english langyuage skills to help as much as they want. Pool and pool area is quite small, and is tough to get a sun deck chair.
Good location and helpful staff. However if room in front on low floor it can be noisy at night. Also stayed at Alagon Zen a few blocks away the week prior. I’d recommend the the Alagon Zen over Alagon Saigon.

The high tea was a pleasant surprise, their services were great, plenty amenities available, they used quality products from toiletries to food that was available. Loved my stay!
