I liked the atmosphere within the hotel, and how the positive, and generous hotel staff went about to make my stay comfortable.

2.0 "Stay there again? NO!"
The staff were very helpful especially the reception and bell boy. The room itself was clean enough but the bathroom and shower were not only in a poor state of repair but dirty as well. I would suggest to the owner that their housekeeper needed replacing and the maids be taught how to clean properly. Our shower not only had broken fittings but was also covered in black mould, (hypochlorite would removed it quickly and easily) There was no a working extractor in the bathroom.
We were also disappointed with the swimming pool, the water was cloudy and had a discoloured tide mark. The Jacuzzi was broken. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was that it had a swimming pool.
Overall the place has been let go and management should take the blame for not maintaining standards.
Stay there on our next trip to Vietnam, no way.
Breakfast was terrible, and its so noisy in that area,

2.0 "Don’t fooled by Photos. "
Online photos are pretty good. Totally wrong with reality. Bathroom equipments are leaking, drain right to the bath room floor. Show curtain is so old and water fall down to bathroom floor. Show stall was even moldy. Yukkkk. I always try to balance positive and negative aspects in my reviews. But I. Annot find any thing positive. Ah. One positive aspect is Location. Great location easy access to city center area.

PICTURES ARE FAKE!!! all the pictures used to advertise this hotel are computer generated. the location is good but it’s a very busy street with lots of bars playing loud music which you can hear from your room all night long. the room is tiny, old, smelly and outdated; filled with only old and worn furniture. the floors are dirty, especially in the bathroom. the bathroom is mouldy and tiny. the shower has no hot water and floods the bathroom floor when used. breakfast is very average and runs out quickly. the staff are not friendly at all. this place is a mess.
호텔서 운영하는것 같은 1층 아하 그릴바에 새벽까지 음악 크게틀어놓고 영업해서 잠을 잘 수가 없었습니다. 침대에 누우면 edm 비트에 맞춰 쿰척하게 됩니다. 라운더리서비스 2일 걸렸고 관리가 잘 안됩니다. 세탁물 어디로 갔는지 서로 모르고 스탭간 의사소통이 안되어서 계속 물어보고 확인해야했습니다. 대신 직원들 아주 친절하고 3성급 호텔 감안하면 룸컨디션 양호한 수준인것 같습니다.

Ubytovanie je vhodné pre ľudí,ktorí chcú byt priamo v rušnej casti mesta,hudba, tisice možností jedla a tisíce turistov.bazen na streche je fajn,vsetko bolo bezproblémové.

Very loud till 2am. Don’t expect to sleep much. Rooms are old. Pool needs to be cleaned. Poorly designed bathroom. Would not stay again.

I have never seen a hotel that dirty. And I stayed at backpacker hostels all over Asia!
Everything is old, full of dirt and dust. In bed there was still hair under the pillow. There was mould and the smell of it everywhere.
Staff showed us another room but there was the same.
We checked out immediately and went to another place. Still waiting for our money.
Worst experience ever and I’m not even picky when it comes to hotels/hostels.
Debió haber sido un buen lugar cuando abrió, pero se dejó estar completamente. Todo muy mal mantenido y sucio; pasillos, paredes, baño. Necesita una reinversión urgente.
Lo bueno: cama (cómoda), ducha (lluvia), ubicación (puede ser mucho ruido en la noche) y el staff del lobby.
Lo malo: todo el resto.
No lo recomiendo.

Anche i basilari servizi mancavano , ogni giorno dovevo chiedere asciugamani e carta igienica .
La sala colazioni indecente , bicchieri e posate non lavate .
Esperienza da non ripetere!
Hotel service was great the staff were nothing but polite. However despite having no toilet roll at first, the bedroom is generally ok for the price you’re paying! But the bathroom was actually disgusting (dirty floor and really, REALLY mouldy shower curtain) and the shower was constantly cold :(
The hotels location is really amazing, but the price of that the sound at night is ridiculous. I had to wear noise cancelling headphones to get to sleep, at 1am
The first days breakfast was limited but there was eggs, bread and fruit. However the second day, there was no bread available, the egg station was packed up just after we walking in. And the fruit selection just looked like yesterday’s left overs!
I know the price is good, but unless you’re coming just to get on the drink... find somewhere better.
The photos are not what you get , it’s dirty and out dated !! Needs paint and TLC Staff smoking in rooms as cleaning

Overall a good stay. Most comfortable bed I've had in Asia. Great service.
Could use a carpet clean in the hallways and a shower curtain large enough to contain water in the shower. Also safety box is not attached to anything so don't think it's secure. Can pick it up and walk out of the room with it.

청소 상태가 별로였고 직원들은 그리 친절하지 않았습니다. 새벽에 몸이 안좋아 구급약품을 찾아도 도와주지 않아 결국 옆에 있는 편의점에서 도움을 받았습니다. 호치민을 다시 방문할지는 모르겠으나 이 호텔은 별로입니다.

Hotel is located near the party street of Bue Vien so be prepared for some noise.
Hotel itself is fine but could shape up with cleaning the room before new guest arrives.
Pool at the 8th floor is good but be aware floor is very slippery, both times I went to the pool i didn't see anyone supervising the area.

Arrived before midnight but the person told us that we didn’t have reservation! We’re telling him we have & got the email to confirm that we did have booking for two nights! His saying that there’s no room available at all! So I got really angry instead he gave us room that was not even ready! Lots of mosquito inside! Also we got up about 8:30am to get ready for our 10am day tour only to find out there’s no water because the power was off!
Waited for about an a hour but no water so they decided to gaved us 2 bucket of water for shower! Waste of time as well because our tuk tuk driver was waited for us for about 1hour & 30mins...
Hintalaatu suht ok. Käytävämatot melko likaiset, samoin aivan ylin kattoterassialue. Huoneessa outo kostea tuoksu, hometta mahdollisesti? Aamupala oli hyvä, tosin ajoittain lämpimäksi tarkoitetut ruuat olivat melko kylmiä. Sijainti ja palvelun taso hyvä.
Last room for the day,not clean, dirty floor and broken window lock…but good stuff quick service.

청소해 주시는 분 너무 친철하시고요
다만 늦은 시간까지 젊은이들이 함께 하는 거리라 조금 노이즈가 있는것이 약간의 흠이라 할까요...

I landed in HCMC on Sunday 21 October at 12:30AM on JQ63. when I got to AHA Boutique, the hotel I booked from the 21st to ensure that I had somewhere to sleep, the gentlemen then told me that the hotel was full and someone had taken my room.
I was exhausted, and I should have put up a bigger fight but at 3 in the morning after travelling 8hrs you can imagine you have no fight! He told me they had booked me into a sister hotel around the corner and proceeded to walk me there. To say i was shocked is an understatement. The room was nothing like what I had booked and it was NOT a hygienic place. The bed had marks and I ended up sleeping on my sarong.
I walked over to AHA the next morning and the lady feigned ignorance and said that she would have to check why I did not get checked in. When she finally got back to me, she said that my booked room had “faulty lights” and that’s why I had been put around the corner. I did not believe this and short of asking them to prove it I told them I wanted a refund. Their response “We are not receiving anything from Hotels.com so you have to email them and ask them for a refund.“
IF they had put me in an equivalent hygienic and safe hotel, I would not have had an issue but to downgrade me and corner/ambush me at 3AM into staying in something they wouldn’t even stay in themselves is criminal.
You can’t ambush a girl who has travelled ALONE for that long at that Hour. It’s criminal and they are going to cause an accident.
