InterContinental Asiana Saigon unveils its signature restaurant and bar ahead of Vietnam’s Tet Lunar New Year

The InterContinental Asiana Saigon today announces the opening of its signature Chinese restaurant Yu Chu and its signature bar, the elegant Purple Jade. Located opposite each other on the first floor, the two new destinations complete the culinary line up for Ho Chi Minh City's newest luxury hotel, just in time for the celebrations that will ring in the Year of the Tiger.

It was designed to bring a taste of contemporary China to its fast developing southern neighbor. Featuring an open, impeccably designed show kitchen, Yu Chu offers diners an opportunity to see with their own eyes the talented team, led by the world-renowned Chef Andy Leong, preparing hand-pulled noodles, fresh dim sum and hot wok dishes. With an emphasis on unsurpassed quality and impeccable service, Yu Chu is set to be the place to entertain clients, to bring friends or family or just to savour top-notch Chinese cuisine.
