Square One is an atmospheric and contemporary dining venue, designed with colourful Vietnamese-inspired latticework and brick patterns. It has five show kitchens offering authentic Vietnamese seafood and the imported Western steaks. 

Square One restaurant at Park Hyatt Saigon is offering a Vietnamese or Western set lunch starting from 12 noon until 2:30 pm every Monday to Friday.

Chef Satoru Takeuchi and his team prepares delicacies for Vietnamese tray set with Beef noodle soup; Grilled Pork Ribs with lemongrass, chilli fish sauce, steamed kailan and steamed rice; Tiger Prawns Curry with eggplant, onion, okra, potato, lemon grass, coconut milk, curry and steamed rice; Beef Luklak with bell pepper, onion, green pepper, steamed bok choy and steamed rice; Wok Fried Prawns, Squid, Scallops with onion, chinese celery, tomato, steamed bok choy and steamed rice.

For vegetarians, our tray set lunch with bok choy mushroom soup, tofu, mixed mushrooms, tomato, tofu and soya sauce, wok fried kailan with garlic, oyster sauce and steamed rice will be available at any time.

“We created a menu that not only features traditional favorites like Beef noodle soup and fresh rice noodle, but one that also showcases Hyatt’s care by offering a wide range of choice with enough nutriment for our respective guests,” said Chef Satoru Takeuchi.
